The Best & Worst Cities For NFL Fans

Football is far and away America’s most popular sport (all controversies aside). From high school to college to the NFL, many Americans regard watching football games as something more than just a sport. It’s a sacred American tradition.

But given the costs associated with attending professional – and even college – football games, some might wonder what are the best cities for being a football fan?

Well, in its latest annual survey, WalletHub has compared 240 US cities with at least one college or professional football team across 21 key metrics – including average ticket prices and fan friendliness – to try to arrive at an objective conclusion.

And the winner is…

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, home of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Celtics’ Irving doesn’t think Belinelli hit was ‘malicious’

January 6, 2019

Boston Celtics guard Kyrie Irving told reporters Sunday he doesn’t believe San Antonio Spurs guard Marco Belinelli was acting intentionally when he hit Irving in the face and injured his eyes last week.

“Watched it a few times, trying to figure out whether or not it was malicious or not, but I don’t think it was,” Irving said of the encounter. “So I’ll let it go. But I got hit pretty good, and I’m just glad to get a few days’ rest, as well.

Irving missed the last two games due to the hit, which happened Dec. 31 when Belinelli stuck his left arm out to box Irving out while chasing a rebound of Irving’s shot in the fourth quarter of a Spurs win.

“I think he got both eyes pretty good because when the offensive rebound came off the rim, my eyes, they just kind of widened, and then he caught me right as I was about to go attack the basketball,” Irving said. “So I see the ball go off the rim, my eyes widen and he comes and gets me. It’s OK.”

Irving expects to play Monday against the Brooklyn Nets after missing Boston’s wins over Minnesota and Dallas last week. He says his eyes have felt “OK” as he returned to a full practice Sunday.

“Right eye had a scratch in it, left is just really inflamed, so just kind of waiting for it to kind of calm down,” Irving said. “It’s going to take time, but I’ll be ready for.

.”..I make my living with my eyes. My whole entire body, but my eyes are just one of the most important things that I need to play this game. It was swollen, and there was light sensitivity after the initial hit.”

Irving, 26, is averaging 23.1 points, 6.6 assists and 4.9 rebounds in 34 games this season.

Meanwhile, the Celtics could also get forward Marcus Morris back from a neck injury after a one-game absence.

Center Aron Baynes, who hasn’t played since breaking a bone in his hand on Dec. 19, will be reevaluated this week, head coach Brad Stevens said. Baynes has yet to participate in practice during his recovery.

JFK DAY – Assassin of Assassin (Richard Nagell)

Audio message about the man who knew too much about the assassination plans. “The Man Who Knew Too Much” by Dick Russell is the story of Military intelligence operative Richard Case Nagell, the man who was shadowing Lee Harvey Oswald’s movements, eventually Nagell was asked to eliminate Oswald. Richard Nagell reported to his superiors about several plots to assassinate the President of the United States. Two months before JFK was assassinated, Richard Nagell walked into a federally insured bank, fired two bullets into the bank ceiling, walked out of the bank, got into his car, where he was arrested by officer Jim Bundren. Nagell would tell the officer he didn’t want to be in Dallas. After JFK was killed, the words of Nagell led Bundren to believe the alleged intelligence officer knew something about what happened in Dallas on November 22, 1963. Nagell notified several government agencies about several plots to kill JFK, including J. Edgar Hoover’s FBI.

JFK Assassination Cover-Up

“They’ve been bamboozling us for fifty years on this.” – Jesse Ventura

Today on the Alex Jones Show, former governor, veteran, professional wrestler, actor, author and activist Jesse Ventura said “two conspiracies took place” when John F. Kennedy was murdered. “The first conspiracy was that of the actual murder of our President. The second conspiracy was the cover-up of it. Some people are in both. Some people are only in one [conspiracy].”

“Someone could produce a film today of somebody shooting in the grassy knoll and mainstream media wouldn’t cover it,” Ventura told Jones.

“You’re dealing with real facts that went on and assembling the jigsaw puzzle is the real challenge…it’s like a huge jigsaw puzzle thrown on the floor and you have to take every bit of evidence and start piecing it together until you figure out what the picture is. Then when the picture comes to you, you get some closure because you truly understand it. I do not believe Lee Harvey Oswald ever fired a shot.”

Ventura is also concerned about a certain document being kept from the public, due to national security reasons. “One of the documents they won’t release is Lee Harvey Oswald’s tax return. How can that be national security? Where he made his money is national security? And how much he made? See, they don’t dare release it because if the trail led back to the government, the paper trail of the money being paid, well that again changes the whole scenario of what they told us. To me there’s no doubt in my mind whatsoever that the Warren Report is completely fraudulent. People need to understand that when you allow the government to investigate themselves, that’s putting the fox right in the hen house.”

Lee Harvey Oswald’s alleged mistress Judith Vary Baker is a big part of Jesse Ventura’s new book They Killed Our President. “Judith has some of the most explosive stuff.” According to information provided by Judith Baker, Ventura adds that “Jack Ruby knew Lee Harvey Oswald since Oswald was a child. The guy who killed him knew him. Knew him well. She went to dinner with them on multiple occasions. She knew him as Sparky Rubenstein. You know, his real name. He shortened it to Jack Ruby later.”

Ventura also talks a little about the money he made as a professional wrestler in the early days of his career. “I remember wrestling once where I had to drive a 620 mile round-trip. 310 each way and I payed for my own gas, and I ate dinner at the A&W. And at the end of the night I got a $30 payoff and it cost me $28 bucks [for gas and food]. So I made two dollars and I worked for over 16 hours, counting the driving.”

Lawsuit Update Against Chris Kyle Estate

Earlier this week U.S. District Judge Richard Kyle ruled that Jesse Ventura’s defamation case will be held Minnesota, after lawyers for Tara Kyle tried to have the case moved to Dallas, where Kyle lives.

Alex Jones briefly summarized the chain of events that led up to the defamation lawsuit. “They lied and said that he’s glad that Navy Seals died.” Allegedly, that’s when Chris Kyle sucker-punched Jesse Ventura and ran away. “There’s no witnesses,” Alex Jones continues, “and [Jesse Ventura] says retract this lawsuit. They won’t retract. He sues and says I’m gonna keep suing until you admit that it isn’t true…then Chris Kyle is sadly killed. Then the media says Jesse Ventura’s suing a widow. She has insurance. It’s News Corp. It’s the book. He’s the one that’s been defamed here and it’s a hoax that he’s going after a woman. They had these fundraisers and all this for her because the meanie Ventura is trying to hurt her. It’s not true. She has not lost anything and will lose nothing because there’s insurance through News Corp. So the issue here is they’ve run a hoax.”

Jesse Ventura then states that “the wife chose to be the executor of the estate and she knew full-well that this lawsuit was pending with the estate. She didn’t have to be the executor. You could get a lawyer to do that. You could get a friend, an uncle, anybody. She made a choice to interject herself into this lawsuit by becoming the executor of the estate, and I’m not going against her, I’m going against the massive insurance company. I’m the little guy here and it’s cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars and people are telling me I should drop it? Who’s gonna pay me back well over a quarter of a million dollars that this has cost me to clear my name?”

Tyrel Ventura, son of the former Minnesota Governor, was recently on The Rundown Live with Mike Paczesny and Kristan Harris.

Chris Kyle Lied About Jesse Ventura

Dallas Deputy Arrests Motorcyclist After Pulling Him Over for Video Head Cam

(CARLOS MILLER)   In an incident ripe for a hefty lawsuit, a Dallas County sheriff’s deputy arrested a motorcyclist after pulling him over for wearing a video head-cam, then demanding the footage as evidence against other bikers.

Dallas Deputy Sheriff James Westbrook ended up turning the video over to the department’s gang unit, even though there is nothing in the video indicating Chris Moore was affiliated with a gang.

The incident took place on Memorial Day Weekend as Moore was riding with a pack of at least 50 other bikers. Deputies were hoping to prevent a repeat of the previous Memorial Day Weekend when more than 100 bikers ended up shutting down the freeway.

So Westbrook singled out the one biker wearing a video head-cam – who also happened to be driving below the speed limit.

Here is the exchange that took place:

MOORE: “Was I doing something wrong? What am I being pulled over for?”

WESTBROOK: “The whole group of you guys.”

MOORE: “No. I was not, individually. How can you pull me over?”

WESTBROOK: “The reason you’re being pulled over is because I’m gonna take your camera and we’re gonna use it as evidence of the crimes that have been committed by other bikers.”

MOORE: “I have not committed any crimes, and you cannot take my personal property from me, sir.”

WESTBOOK: “That’s fine. Need to see your license and registration.”

Westbrook then announced that he was arresting Moore for having an obstructed license plate, which usually amounts to a citation.

WESTBROOK: “You’re under arrest for your license plate being obstructed. Place your hands.”

MOORE: “Are you kidding me, dude?”

WESTBROOK: “Place your hands behind your back.”

As Moore continued to protest, the deputy lost his patience.

MOORE: “Why’d you pull me over in the first place?”

WESTBROOK: “Have a seat, okay?”

MOORE: “Sir. Sir. What you did to me was not right. You know it.”

WESTBROOK: “I’m going to ask you one more time to have a seat.”

MOORE: “That’s f’ed up. Where’s my bike going?”

WESTBROOK: “Sit down.I’m telling you to chill out.”

Dallas resident and PINAC reader Avi Adelman, who writes the Daily Crime Report and has had his own run-ins with deputies over video recording, sent this letter to Dallas County Sheriff Lupe Valdez, which is reprinted in its entirety below.

Dear Sheriff Valdez

Last evening, I watched in absolute shock a News8 / WFAA story regarding a motorcyclist stopped by a Dallas Sheriff Officer during the Memorial Day stunt bike crackdown. The entire stop was captured on a video camera mounted on the motorcyclist’s helmet.

http://www.wfaa.com/news/local/Motorcyclist-says-dallas-crackdown-went-too-far-159671765.html

I watched as Deputy Sheriff Chris Westbrook created a reason for stopping Mr. Chris Moore, created a false reason for arresting Mr. Moore, and then seized without a warrant (or valid reason) the videotape, claiming it was evidence for a crime that in fact had not occurred (stunt riding).

Then, to make things even more incredible, the tape was turned over to the County’s Gang Unit, when in fact this kind of behavior is not even remotely related to any kind of gang issue as prosecuted by the Dallas County Prosecutor’s office.

The temperamental behavior of Officer Westbrook– argumentative, refusing to provide a clear reason for the stop and arrest, and the slamming of the DSO vehicle door after Mr. Moore was pushed into the car, clearly shows the officer has anger management issues.

Sheriff Valdez, I am not a stranger to you, and you are quite familiar with my activities on Lowest Greenville. I too have encountered a number of your deputies behaving in ways that would make DSO Westbrook’s behavior seem mild . For example –

  • September 2009 – An off-duty DSO working at a gang-banger club (Encore) demanded that I stop videotaping his presence, claiming I did not have his permission. Sorry, I don’t need his permission to roll tape in a publicly visible area, and he should not be working off-duty at a gangbanger club. I do not remember the exact outcome of my complaint, but I do know he was not there the next weekend. http://www.barkingdogs.org/news/node/660
  • October 2010 – Two DSO officers were working off-duty at Lost Society just days after a club patron was murdered up the street on the Char Bar parking lot. My complaint resulted in an investigation, which revealed that the officers working off-duty and their supervisor (who parked a DSO vehicle in front of the club for nearly an hour) were not approved to work off-duty, had lied about their activities and falsified their timecards. This incident eventually became part of a lawsuit filed by the bar owner against me, in which he claimed I interfered with a contract relationship with the officers. However, the officers were all given one-day suspensions and the bar owner is now a guest of your jail on charges of possessing nearly 14# of methamphetamine and filing false papers with the TABC (the lawsuit was dismissed in April). One of those officers, Johnny Quarles Jr., was eventually dismissed for tampering with government documents. –http://www.barkingdogs.org/news/content/Lost-Society-lawsuit-against-BD-tossed-pile-meth-covered-towels-set-fire-and-dismissed

Sheriff Valdez, I believe your office has a responsibility to make things right, and make those things happen now. There is no reason in the world to continue the prosecution of Mr. Moore, and your office should make the request that the charges be dropped immediately.

Additionally, DSO Westbrook should be investigated for filing a false arrest report and illegally seizing property (the videotape) for a crime that not only never happened, but was not related to the traffic stop.

I look forward to your reply.

Regards,

Avi S. Adelman

What’s More Important to Baby Boomers Than Money

By: Cindy Perman, CNBC.com

This just in — money isn’t always No. 1!

After enduring the financial impact of the recession, a whopping number of Baby Boomers say money isn’t the most important thing they hope to leave to their kids.

They don’t just want to leave an inheritance; they want to leave a legacy.

“It is more important to us to leave the legacy of what we value than to leave a large amount of money for our children,” said Kathleen Moynihan, a 53-year-old mother of three from Concord, Mass.

“Your values become the new valuables,” said Derrick Kinney, a financial adviser and owner of Derrick Kinney & Associates in Dallas. “Giving your kids the gift of knowing what is important to you gives them a reason to help protect and manage lasting wealth,” he said.

Indeed, 75 percent of Boomers said passing down family values and life lessons was more important than the actual monetary amount they’re leaving in the inheritance, according to a recent survey by Allianz Insurance.

Newly discovered Post-JFK Assassination Air Force One Flight Deck Recordings (11-22-1963)

(Conspiracy Scope)   Post-JFK Assassination Air Force One Flight Deck Recording. The Raab Collection has donated an original audiotape recording to the National Archives that includes taped conversations on President Kennedy’s official airplane, “Air Force One,” during its flight following his assassination on November 22, 1963. The conversations were between pilots and other individuals on the flight and various individuals in Washington, DC, on the flight back from Dallas, TX, to Andrews Air Force Base.

Background:

The Raab Collection recently discovered two ¼” open-reel audiotapes containing identical excerpts from the Air Force One flight on November 22, 1963, among the papers and other memorabilia of Army General Chester “Ted” Clifton, Jr. General Clifton served as senior military aide to President John F. Kennedy and had received the tapes from the White House Communications Agency (WHCA). The original audiotape recording is described as “Radio Traffic involving AF-1 in flight from Dallas, Texas, to Andrews AFB on November 22, 1963.”

The conversations were captured by the WHCA, which routed all phone calls and radio traffic. The tape also includes communication between the WHCA and a second aircraft of the Presidential fleet, known as 86972 (by its tail number), which was en route to Tokyo at the time of the assassination with members of the President’s cabinet.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJ9GncGaNLY

The recording includes references to new code names and incidents. Among them are a private conversation by head of the Secret Service Jerry Behn about the disposition of the President’s body; an expanded conversation about how to remove the body from the plane and where to take it; an urgent effort by an aide to Air Force Chief of Staff Curtis LeMay to reach General Clifton; and attempts to locate various Congressmen from Texas.
