Ex Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky, who is accused of molesting and raping numerous young boys, has been let out of jail on a 100,000 dollar unsecured bail by a judge who volunteered with Second Mile, the foundation Sandusky founded.
This sick excuse for a ruling also let Sandusky out of jail with no ankle device to monitor his movements.
Essentially, a man accused of child rape has been let out of jail on absolutely unheard of stipulations for such a heinous crime by a judge who worked directly with the mans “charity.”
That’s right, we now live in a country where child sex crimes carried out by the rich elite are basically treated as a simple felony, at least until the trial starts which could take months or even years.
The judge who let Jerry Sandusky return home without paying any bail and without an ankle monitor after being arrested on 40 counts of child sexual assault charges was a volunteer at Sandusky’s charity, The Second Mile.
Sandusky turned himself in to District Judge Leslie Dutchcot’s office on Nov. 5, after a 23-page grand jury presentment detailing the allegations against Sandusky was accidentally posted online on Nov. 4, according to the attorney general’s office.
Despite prosecutors’ request for $ 500,000 bail and an ankle monitor to be placed on Sandusky, Dutchcot ordered Sandusky freed on $ 100,000 unsecured bail, only to be paid if Sandusky failed to show up for court.
The judge volunteered with Sandusky’s foundation which former volunteers have stated they believe was started by Sandusky so that children would be readily available for his “needs” yet we are supposed to believe she is not at all bias?
Patricia Coble, a now former The Second Mile fundraising volunteer who worked for the organization for the past 10 years, said that when she heard the news of Sandusky’s arrest she felt like she was punched in the stomach.
“I do absolutely think that Jerry Sandusky started this foundation with the intent of having children readily available for his needs,” Coble said. “To work for a foundation that is nothing but a front for child abuse? No, they should be held accountable.”
Considering the fact that numerous Penn State coaches, university officials, police, and Second Mile Foundation employees KNEW about this disgusting excuse for a mans habit of RAPING young boys, this ruling just adds icing on the cake.
There are literally 7 different investigations going on in regards to Sandusky’s child molesting habits yet he is let go like a simple criminal. Multiple attorneys have also expressed their disbelief at this absurd ruling.
A simple comparison shows just how evil this ruling actually is. In April 2010 a couple in California were given a 75 million dollar bail for a SMOG VIOLATION yet this child molester was allowed to stroll out of a jail on a 100,000 dollar unsecured bail and no ankle monitor.
High level child sex rings have long been directly linked to high ranking politicians, businessmen, and media officials.
This fact was heavily documented during the Franklin Scandal which was eventually found to lead directly to the top. It now seems that the Penn State scandal may well be another scandal that goes directly to the top and, sadly, if that is the case we will see little to no justice.
