Philip Marshall Questions continue as independent researcher and citizen journalist Dan Hennen interviews the director, writer and producer of Unthinkable: An Airline Captain’s Story, Eric Stacey. Eric Stacey explains why he made the film, stating he’s been a 9/11 Truther for a long time; involved with AE911Truth.org. “Why I made it, is basically because the mainstream media didn’t cover it at all.” Dan Hennen asked if there was any backlash for making the film. Mr Stacey responded, “We pretty much got trashed.” How long did it take for Eric Stacey to make the film? After answering that question. Stacey shares his view on 9/11 and the Patriot Act. Eric begins with, “I don’t know if my view makes any difference to tell you the truth.” I can tell you his work has made a big difference in many people’s lives, including mine. Did Calaveras County Sheriff Gary Kuntz have a prior relationship with Philip Marshall before his death? The director of Unthinkable then discusses the cast of Unthinkable, including Randall Paul (Philip Marshall) and an unforgettable performance by Drew Barrios (Sgt. Chris Hewitt). Dennis Fitzpatrick (Wayne Madsen) gives an outstanding performance as the concerned friend of Philip Marshall and gives us all hope that the truth will come out one day. The close friend of teenager Alex Marshall is played by Shade Streeter, who portrays a concerned friend, and a skeptic of the official theory of the Marshall family deaths. Michael Biesanz (Marshall’s Neighbor) plays the concerned neighbor of Philip Marshall, who along with the teenagers, finds the bodies of Philip, Alex and Macaila Marshall. Shannon Churchwell plays Alex Marshall and Rachel Henry plays Macaila Marshall. The son seems very close to Philip Marshall’s character while the daughter has a strained relationship with her mother. The acting is superb by the teenagers, but only the real friends of Alex and Macaila Marshall will know if their friends were portrayed accurately.

Stacey also discusses the mysterious death of Osama bin Laden. The conversation turns to Sean Marshall, was her trip to Turkey – the weekend her family was murdered – planned or a last minute unexpected trip? Eric explains why only one teenager, Mike, found the bodies instead of more. “I tried to get four kids, believe me,” Eric Stacey explained. Eric did speak to Sean Marshall about the film, “She was very apprehensive about the film. She was afraid that we were going to represent the side of the story that she didn’t believe…I told her that we were presenting the story pretty much factually from both sides.” I asked Eric if the cast of the film was uncomfortable playing such controversial parts. Researcher Randy Crow wondered why the actor who played Philip Marshall, Randall Paul, didn’t shave his head for the part. “I’m not going to ask an unpaid fella,” Stacey answered, “who has worked with Stanley Kubrick in Eyes Wide Shut, with Tom Cruise, to shave his head for a four day part that he’s not getting paid for.” Eric finishes the interview by sharing more of his view on 9/11 and Philip Marshall’s books.
