Congratulations to Tarrytown, New York residents, state and local officials for teaming up to demand the removal of a cell tower installed 3 months ago just feet away from a public housing complex’s playground.
Although the 150-foot cell tower is on MTA-owned land, that land abuts Franklin Court, a public housing complex in the village. A Franklin Court playground lies directly on the other side of the boundary fence between the complex and the MTA land.
“There was so much outrage by the folks in town,” Hanover said. “Those (MTA) guys are probably getting triple overtime to take it down.”
Hanover lives with his wife, Nancy, on Park Avenue, which overlooks the land the cell tower is on. Nancy Hanover said the top of the cell tower is the only thing that can be seen from the couple’s kitchen window.
“It’s head high,” she said. “Nobody lives head high with a cell tower beaming through their head.”

Seventeen years of wasted taxpayer money and government mismanagement: millions of U.S. dollars spent on projects to rebuild Afghanistan that have not helped the Afghan people.
In some cases, these projects actually put Afghans in danger.

A new report shows that the U.S. has spent some $60 million on building totally useless power lines in Afghanistan. The effort, overseen by the army corps of engineers, was intended to help rebuild the country.
As we reported at TruthInMedia.com, the $60 million spent is just part of a $116 million project that was plagued from the start.
Back in 2013, the U.S. army corps of engineers awarded an Afghan company $116 million to design and build phases two and three of the north east power system, or NEPS, in Afghanistan. According to the report, published by SIGAR, or the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction, the $60 million spent on a power transmission project is, quote, “not operational.”
Not operational, because the contract was poorly written. The afghan government was supposed to buy land in the path of the project, allowing the contractor to build phase. They didn’t, and yet the U.S. army corps of engineers gave the contractor clearances to move ahead with construction.
The result? Power lines built through privately held land, some over residential homes, causing real estate disputes. And there’s more.
The contractor’s approved plans did not include connecting the power transmission project to the power source. The army corps of engineers approved a submittal for a temporary connection, but those plans didn’t match the configuration of the power source. So there’s no way to test, let alone go live, with the project.
If the contractors can’t get the plans right, what about the construction of the project?
Well, according to the report, the project’s power towers foundations are already crumbling. Plus, they were built in loose soil, on embankments that are likely to erode. Near where people live.
So that’s $60 million of U.S. taxpayer dollars wasted on a non-operational project. But this isn’t the first time SIGAR has released troubling reports of government waste.
According to TruthInMedia.com, our government spent $160 million on a failed electronic payment system for the afghan government to collect taxes. SIGAR also identified $93 million spent on “forest” camouflage gear for Afghan troops, when there are very few forests in the country.
The irony here: the USAID published a video in 2011 promoting the NEPS project as a way to create efficiency and reduce cost.
What you need to know is that in the 17 years of the U.S. occupation of Afghanistan, it’s estimated that our government’s reconstruction effort has cost taxpayers $1 trillion. And the occupation continues.
President Trump authorized a troop surge in Afghanistan, bringing the total number of U.S. military there to 14,000. And that’s just military.
So if our government is willing to waste your tax dollars, endanger people halfway across the globe and put our service men and women at risk, to “create efficiency and reduce cost,” what exactly are they doing for us?

Obama’s new executive order (EO) that creates a global warming task force, The Council on Climate Preparedness and Resilience, is a tool to implement Agenda 21, which is the blueprint for totalitarian control through the United Nations. PROMOTING INTERNATIONAL REGULATORY COOPERATION
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to promote international regulatory cooperation, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy. Executive Order 13563 of January 18, 2011 (Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review), states that our regulatory system must protect public health, welfare, safety, and our environment while promoting economic growth, innovation, competitiveness, and job creation. In an increasingly global economy, international regulatory cooperation, consistent with domestic law and prerogatives and U.S. trade policy, can be an important means of promoting the goals of Executive Order 13563.
The regulatory approaches taken by foreign governments may differ from those taken by U.S. regulatory agencies to address similar issues. In some cases, the differences between the regulatory approaches of U.S. agencies and those of their foreign counterparts might not be necessary and might impair the ability of American businesses to export and compete internationally. In meeting shared challenges involving health, safety, labor, security, environmental, and other issues, international regulatory cooperation can identify approaches that are at least as protective as those that are or would be adopted in the absence of such cooperation. International regulatory cooperation can also reduce, eliminate, or prevent unnecessary differences in regulatory requirements.
Sec. 2. Coordination of International Regulatory Cooperation. (a) The Regulatory Working Group (Working Group) established by Executive Order 12866 of September 30, 1993 (Regulatory Planning and Review), which was reaffirmed by Executive Order 13563, shall, as appropriate:
(i) serve as a forum to discuss, coordinate, and develop a common understanding among agencies of U.S. Government positions and priorities with respect to:
(A) international regulatory cooperation activities that are reasonably anticipated to lead to significant regulatory actions;
(B) efforts across the Federal Government to support significant, cross-cutting international regulatory cooperation activities, such as the work of regulatory cooperation councils; and
(C) the promotion of good regulatory practices internationally, as well as the promotion of U.S. regulatory approaches, as appropriate; and
(ii) examine, among other things:
(A) appropriate strategies for engaging in the development of regulatory approaches through international regulatory cooperation, particularly in emerging technology areas, when consistent with section 1 of this order;
(B) best practices for international regulatory cooperation with respect to regulatory development, and, where appropriate, information exchange and other regulatory tools; and
(C) factors that agencies should take into account when determining whether and how to consider other regulatory approaches under section 3(d) of this order.
(b) As Chair of the Working Group, the Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) shall convene the Working Group as necessary to discuss international regulatory cooperation issues as described above, and the Working Group shall include a representative from the Office of the United States Trade Representative and, as appropriate, representatives from other agencies and offices.
(c) The activities of the Working Group, consistent with law, shall not duplicate the efforts of existing interagency bodies and coordination mechanisms. The Working Group shall consult with existing interagency bodies when appropriate.
(d) To inform its discussions, and pursuant to section 4 of Executive Order 12866, the Working Group may commission analytical reports and studies by OIRA, the Administrative Conference of the United States, or any other relevant agency, and the Administrator of OIRA may solicit input, from time to time, from representatives of business, nongovernmental organizations, and the public.
(e) The Working Group shall develop and issue guidelines on the applicability and implementation of sections 2 through 4 of this order.
(f) For purposes of this order, the Working Group shall operate by consensus.
Sec. 3. Responsibilities of Federal Agencies. To the extent permitted by law, and consistent with the principles and requirements of Executive Order 13563 and Executive Order 12866, each agency shall:
(a) if required to submit a Regulatory Plan pursuant to Executive Order 12866, include in that plan a summary of its international regulatory cooperation activities that are reasonably anticipated to lead to significant regulations, with an explanation of how these activities advance the purposes of Executive Order 13563 and this order;
(b) ensure that significant regulations that the agency identifies as having significant international impacts are designated as such in the Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions, on RegInfo.gov, and on Regulations.gov;
(c) in selecting which regulations to include in its retrospective review plan, as required by Executive Order 13563, consider:
(i) reforms to existing significant regulations that address unnecessary differences in regulatory requirements between the United States and its major trading partners, consistent with section 1 of this order, when stakeholders provide adequate information to the agency establishing that the differences are unnecessary; and
(ii) such reforms in other circumstances as the agency deems appropriate; and
(d) for significant regulations that the agency identifies as having significant international impacts, consider, to the extent feasible, appropriate, and consistent with law, any regulatory approaches by a foreign government that the United States has agreed to consider under a regulatory cooperation council work plan.
Sec. 4. Definitions. For purposes of this order:
(a) “Agency” means any authority of the United States that is an “agency” under 44 U.S.C. 3502(1), other than those considered to be independent regulatory agencies, as defined in 44 U.S.C. 3502(5).
(b) “International impact” is a direct effect that a proposed or final regulation is expected to have on international trade and investment, or that otherwise may be of significant interest to the trading partners of the United States.
(c) “International regulatory cooperation” refers to a bilateral, regional, or multilateral process, other than processes that are covered by section 6(a)(ii), (iii), and (v) of this order, in which national governments engage in various forms of collaboration and communication with respect to regulations, in particular a process that is reasonably anticipated to lead to the development of significant regulations.
(d) “Regulation” shall have the same meaning as “regulation” or “rule” in section 3(d) of Executive Order 12866.
(e) “Significant regulation” is a proposed or final regulation that constitutes a significant regulatory action.
(f) “Significant regulatory action” shall have the same meaning as in section 3(f) of Executive Order 12866.
Sec. 5. Independent Agencies. Independent regulatory agencies are encouraged to comply with the provisions of this order.
Sec. 6. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) the authority granted by law to a department or agency, or the head thereof;
(ii) the coordination and development of international trade policy and negotiations pursuant to section 411 of the Trade Agreements Act of 1979 (19 U.S.C. 2451) and section 141 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2171);
(iii) international trade activities undertaken pursuant to section 3 of the Act of February 14, 1903 (15 U.S.C. 1512), subtitle C of the Export Enhancement Act of 1988, as amended (15 U.S.C. 4721 et seq.), and Reorganization Plan No. 3 of 1979 (19 U.S.C. 2171 note);
(iv) the authorization process for the negotiation and conclusion of international agreements pursuant to 1 U.S.C. 112b(c) and its implementing regulations (22 C.F.R. 181.4) and implementing procedures (11 FAM 720);
(v) activities in connection with subchapter II of chapter 53 of title 31 of the United States Code, title 26 of the United States Code, or Public Law 111-203 and other laws relating to financial regulation; or
(vi) the functions of the Director of OMB relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
A disgraced federal lawmaker who years ago appeared on Judicial Watch’s “Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians” list is finally going to jail for abusing his public office to enrich himself and his cronies.
Former Arizona Congressman Rick Renzi was sentenced to three years in prison this week and must report to the Federal Bureau of Prisons to begin serving his time on January 6. The shamed Republican actually got off easy because he faced decades behind bars for his multiple convictions. In June a federal jury found Renzi guilty of 17 felony offenses including extortion under the color of official right, racketeering, money laundering and lying to insurance regulators.
During his three terms in congress Renzi consistently introduced and voted for bills that benefited his father’s Virginia-based defense company, Mantech International, and in 2003 he sponsored legislation—that got signed into law—that dealt Mantech hundreds of millions of dollars. At the time Renzi’s father, a retired Army General, was the executive vice president of Mantech, which provided information technology services to a number of intelligence and defense-related government agencies. Coincidentally, executives of Mantech International were Renzi’s largest campaign contributors.
Renzi also used his influence on a House Natural Resources Committee to orchestrate a land swap with the federal government that financially benefited him and his associates to the tune of millions of dollars. The corrupt legislator was also charged with embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from clients of his family insurance business to fund his congressional campaign.
The now infamous land deal took place in 2005. Renzi vigorously promoted a property sale near the Fort Huachuca Army post in southeastern Arizona as a swap in which potential buyers could exchange it for more valuable, federally-owned land. Instead, Renzi’s friend sold the 480 acres for a multi-million dollar profit and Renzi never introduced legislation to complete the swap for the new owners.
The federal prosecutor in charge of the case summed Renzi’s character best by pointing out that “he fleeced his own insurance company to fund his run for Congress and then exploited his position for personal gain.” Even among the abundant class of today’s corrupt politicians, Renzi’s scheme ranks quite high.

Poor Land in Jail as Companies Add Huge Fees for Probation 03 Jul 2012 Richard Earl Garrett is the lead plaintiff in a class action suit against the town of Harpersville, Ala. Mr. Garrett has spent a total of 24 months in jail and owes $ 10,000, all for traffic and license violations that began a decade ago. William M. Dawson, a Birmingham lawyer and Democratic Party activist, has filed a lawsuit for Mr. Garrett and others against the local authorities and the probation company, Judicial Correction Services, which is based in Georgia. In Georgia, three dozen for-profit probation companies operate in hundreds of courts, and there have been similar lawsuits.
(OGS) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the agency that was tasked to keep us safe after 9/11, has announced that their newest mandate will be going after those dangerous Eco-terrorists.
Late last week it was announced that DHS was creating an environmental justice unit to combat environmental inequities. According to DHS their new mandate is inline with their core mission of creating a homeland that’s “safe and secure, resilient against terrorism and other hazards, and where American interests and aspirations and the American way of life can thrive.”
In seeking to fulfill this vision, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) aspires to avoid burdening minority and low-income populations with a disproportionate share of any adverse human health or environmental risks associated with our efforts to secure the Nation. DHS joins with other departments and agencies to appropriately include environmental justice practices in our larger mission efforts involving federal law enforcement and emergency response activities.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, almost every agency in the government has been tasked to promote environmental justice. These agencies will work in partnership with local and state governments to solve environmental problems and promote environmental justice. But when you look at recent government served eco-justice, I think the American public should be very concerned about this new green police unit.
Last year we brought you the story of Chantell and Mike Sackett, a couple who is fighting the federal governments takeover of their land.Without judicial hearings or notice, the EPA claimed that the Sacketts property sat on environmentally protected wetlands and ordered them to return the land to its native condition or face enormous fines. The EPA then demanded payments of over a quarter of a million dollars to “request” permission from the U.S. government to build on their own land.
And let’s not forget the Government officials in Los Angeles County who are using “nuisance abatement teams” to intimidate people into giving up their land.
Last year we reported on Los Angeles County officials who were trying to make it illegal for people to live off the grid. From threatening families with jail time for not hooking into the grid, to fining people until they were forced to move, families in the southwestern deserts of Los Angeles County were literally being terrorized by their government.
From the Chicken Man of Roswell losing his land and committing suicide, to the small family farmers in Michigan who are facing felony charges for raising pigs, the governments green police units have been wreaking havoc throughout the country. We can only imagine how far these ‘people’ need to go to get any kind of stimulation out of life. When you have destroyed every moral code possible, committed every kind of crime, violated every local and global law, indulged in all manner of unspeakable human abuses, what is left?? What could they think of next in their search for a thrill?? This is where it gets very damn scary! This is where the self-appointed New Gods provide the proof that they are indeed the devil in disguise, and so mentally ill they don’t fit any framework for even the most gifted psychiatrist to classify. I wonder. Have you given any thought at all to the up front and in your face hypocrisy they have put on the plate for you to consume?? Or the brutality with which they demand that we obey? Their ruthlessness is the giveaway that will tell you who you are dealing with. Electric utilities are shutting off power to elderly people who do not want Smart Meters!! “We will install this dangerous device on your home, even though it’s not UL approved, no matter how sick you are”! “And if you are sick, you’ll pay through the nose to keep your old meter, you sucker”!
Think about these items from very small, to beyond all comprehension, when you hear their buzzwords the next time. On second thought, they have realized the world is waking up and have drawn up new buzzwords for their agenda, but here are the ones you are catching onto and are sick of already:
SUSTAINABILITY: From now on, The Gods say humans must be limited to sustainable activities and energy use. Yet they control the corporations that make terminatorcrop seeds that must be purchased every season, and create laws that make saving/storing seeds (sustainable) illegal. It doesn’t matter if nature ruins an entire crop, or the farmer commits suicide because he has no money for the next season’s planting. And it doesn’t matter if their concoctions fail by the thousands of acres, or that increasing tons of additional pesticides and herbicides must be used each year to control the unintended consequences created by GMO crop planting. One thing is for sure. We know that Monsanto’s Round-Up is as efficient as cyanide for killing yourself and destroying animal and insect species. Killing vast bee colonies that pollinate a huge segment of our food supply is oh-so sustainable! And when the scientists get close to proving who or what is responsible for bee colony collapse, the suspected responsible party (starts with an ‘M’) buys up that research facility to silence the truth.
It’s also very sustainable for our fuel supplies to prohibit from the American auto market, cars that are available to Europeans that get 78 MPG. Their answer is that they are “protecting the US economy”. VW and even Ford build them right here in the US, but we can’t have them! (those greedy over-consuming low life American humans!) I think we all know ‘who killed the electric car’, killed inventors, and stole or stifled technologies that could have helped wean us away from oil fuel decades ago. Maybe back then we would have even feared to tread on the nuclear power time bomb. And who has bought up, bought off, railroaded or squashed other countries or corporations who might have violated their mantra that ‘competition is a crime’. They also control the corporations that continue to over-package products that are used up in mere minutes or days, in heavy, thick containers made from petroleum products. Sure, we can recycle, but what good does that do when a huge barge owned by who knows who, dumps the whole shebang into the ocean? And rather than replace strict regulations on coal plants that our former president squashed, just go ahead and shut down one of our most plentifully mined energy minerals and the plants that provide much of our electricity. Now, I’m not big on strip mining, but what can we do when we are a century behind because ‘somebody’ controlled energy advances? How much more hypocritical can it get people? If I was writing a book about their definition of sustainability, and the BS they are shoving down our throats, it would weigh more than War and Peace! Oh, I forgot to mention The God’s plan to destroy hydro-electric dams all around the country that supply energy to hundreds of thousands of homes, in the name of their Agenda 21 “re-wilding” plan, the UN’s pet project to put the earth back to its natural condition! Could there be any more sustainable energy than mother nature’s renewable sources of life-giving rain water from natural weather patterns?? GREEN GROWTH: Before they start ‘growing’ anything, don’t you think it would be great to clean up the horrendous mess that their corporations have created in our lifetimes? How about the identified Superfund sites that still sit neglected after 30 years? How about facing the unthinkable quantity of planet killing spent nuclear fuel waste that is located around the country in pools at every nuclear generating plant, like so many gigantic bombs with the fuse already lit?? Has anyone wondered where all the world’s nuclear experts are, and why absolutely no single entity on earth has come together to help Japan stop the “biblical proportions” threat presented by the Fukushima nuclear meltdown???? Maybe by ‘green growth’ they mean all the new funny mutated plants that are showing up all over America.
How about calling a halt to the ‘geo-engineering the planet’ scheme that is spewing millions of tons of aluminum, barium, a multitude of other heavy metals, along with who knows what else, into the very air we breathe? Some say the cloud cover created by this scam is actually holding in the heat at surface level. ‘They’ claim that it’s reflecting the sun away, at the same time the artic glaciers are quickly melting, opening it up for oil drilling by competing countries and greedy drillers. So they are creating the problem while claiming they are fixing it. If carbon emissions are at such a dire level as to be threatening our demise at this very moment according to their hysteria, why is there no mention of the multi-millions of extra pounds of carbon fuel emissions from the worldwide mega-fleet of death spewing geo-engineering tanker planes??? What is so disgusting is how these so-called environmentalists got caught lying in a scandal called Climate-Gate, proving the ‘warming’ that their whole premise is based on, is a farce. People around the globe heard about it. However, our own president showed up at their Copenhagen global warming conference, acting like nothing happened at all, and jabbered on about how world ‘consensus’ was that the earth was warming. No matter how many times their crimes, lies and utter hypocrisy are exposed, they forge ahead as if it never happened! Geo-engineering by the way, is gravely affecting crop growth, killing trees and people, spoiling soils and polluting water, cutting solar panel efficiency, and making forest fires nearly explosive. Yup! Sounds like green growth to me! The ‘New Gods’ have a very different ideas than the God I was familiar with.
ENDANGERED SPECIES: With the blessing of NOAA, the US Navy is currently engaged in a five year war exercise plan off all US coasts. They will admittedly be ‘taking’ (harming/killing) up to 12 million sea mammals with sonar, missiles, electronic weapons, and all manner of chemical bomb tests. Evidently, they will be creating an all inclusive new category of ‘endangered species’. Sea life!! But plausible deniability will let them blame the Fukushima nuclear ‘accident’, or the human caused ocean ‘warming’ for the thousands of deaths of seals, whales and dolphins that are already evident.
‘They’ have also decided that the dwindling numbers of wild horses and donkeys on our western open ranges are over-grazing and ruining the environment. So the Bureau of Land Management has taken to cruel helicopter ‘round-ups’, using the chopper’s skids to prod and terrorize them, breaking up family herds and corralling them into holding areas for sale or slaughter. A great symbolic icon of American freedom, running with joy on the open land, is also about to be added to the ‘endangered species’ list. And yes, the New Gods are right! Some humans will be the cause of it.
On the other hand, whenever you see something unusual happening to (small) farmers and private ranchers, or the land and water rights they own that doesn’t seem quiet right, it’s because of some obscure ‘endangered’ animal or fish you never heard of that has recently appeared on the list that ‘they’ create. What is underway is the plot for huge land grabs in the name of that re-wilding plan for our country. ‘They’ want to restore the earth to its natural state of wonder where no man may tread or fly over. That is, except the water syphoning miners and drillers they will lease the land to, along with the ranges they’ll need for the 30,000 nuclear powered predator spy drones that are soon to be unleashed over all our heads.
INVASIVE SPECIES: I guess humans are soon to be listed in this new ‘to be destroyed’ category. According to The Gods, humanity is the scourge of our earth and the cause of its eminent demise. Excuse me, but isn’t contaminating real food crops, seeds, and replacing age old farming methods with laboratory seeds that are man made, using spliced and diced gene codes invasive to mother nature? They never required testing, or environmental studies, or informing the public that they were going to be consuming vast amounts of Frankenfood?? Why? Why was the infiltration of this technology hidden from view? Why were/are covert means used to spread this invasive species of life all over the earth? Why the need for billion dollar lawsuits brought by million dollar lawyers against any entity that dared to study and report, ban, or even label these killer foods? Why the need to smash down small and independent farmers who merely wanted to continue their crop growing and lives as they were, without being invaded (spied and trespassed on, then sued by Monsanto, the GMO giant)? The latest despicable display from The Gods was watching while farmers put their own livestock, on their own land, in the sites of their own firearms, and pulled the trigger! This atrocity was forced by the USDA on a Michigan farmer because his pigs were not the ‘right’ color and might someday escape the farms fences and turn feral!!! How many times do we have to ask ourselves what country or planet we are living on?
THE TRUTH: WE are destined to be the newly listed endangered species! According to The Gods, we are now the earth’s invasive species that must also be gunned down, as this report by Jurriaan Maessenfrom their current (newly named SD21+) Agenda 21 conference in Rio de Janeiro shows: (emphasis mine)
Their joint statement titled “ HYPERLINK “http://www.unep.org/pdf/pressreleases/Blue_Planet_synthesis_paper.pdf” Environment and Development Challenges: The Imperative to Act” was clearly designed to inspire the UN and its upcoming confab to make haste with global government. In their manifesto the impatient fiends call for a global implementation of population policies and rights being trampled upon in order to address what they call “the population issue”:
“The population issue should be urgently addressed by education and empowerment of women, including in the work-force and in rights, ownership and inheritance; health care of children and the elderly; and making modern contraception accessible to all.”, they write.
“Globally, we must find better means to agree and implement measures to achieve collective goals.”
The authors go on to assert that “in the face of an absolutely unprecedented emergency, society has no choice but to take dramatic action to avert a collapse of civilization. Either we will change our ways and build an entirely new kind of global society, or they will be changed for us.”
Decrying that “funding (for worldwide fertility control) decreased by 30% between 1995 and 2008, not least as a result of legislative pressure from the religious right in the USA and elsewhere”, the authors call for “education and planning needed to foster and achieve a sustainable human population and lifestyles.”
Now what do you think this means exactly, a sustainable human population? James Lovelock in 2009 gave us the answer, calling for the culling of the population with a desired outcome of 1 billion people worldwide.
Of all the eco-fascists penning down proposals, Paul Ehrlich may be considered the most bloodthirsty of the bunch- with his continuing insistence on massive population reduction. Few people need to be reminded of the words he wrote in Ecoscience which he HYPERLINK “http://zombietime.com/john_holdren/” co-authored with John P. Holdren, the current White House science czar. To highlight a few of these:
“Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods is a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control. Indeed, this would pose some very difficult political, legal, and social questions, to say nothing of the technical problems. No such sterilant exists today, nor does one appear to be under development. To be acceptable, such a substance would have to meet some rather stiff requirements: it must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets, or livestock.”
While Rome burns, as a result of The Gods self-created destruction, this is what these lunatics are plotting, planning, and desperate to implement. They know the world is onto them, and watching in amusement while they spew their grand ideas to control and fleece the rest of us forever. It seems they’ve become fed up with ‘leaders’ who are not getting rid of us quickly enough with their recommended covert soft means. They have taken matters into their own hands with little attempt to hide what is up. The list of attack methods is now there for everyone to see, if they will only look! Every manner of poison is being employed. I won’t bore you with that list, as I have done that already in a previous column titled “They Want Us Dead-Red Alert America”. This small group of demons can’t see past their wallets, which contain their hearts, their souls, and their gargantuan hubris of being the all powerful Gods. If we want to defeat them, before they destroy us, is aiming for the back pocket all we have to do? Would the real God please stand up!
(OATH KEEPERS) Warren C. Bodeker is an 89 year old World War II Army Airborne combat veteran and war hero, living in Montana, who is being thrown off of his own land and thrown out of his own house, by Montana Federal Bankruptcy Trustee, Christy Brandon, with the approval of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Montana. And to make matters worse, Warren’s wife Lorna just died of cancer this past year, and is buried there on their land, right next to the house. Warren had planned to live there till he died and then be buried right next to his wife, there on their property at 11 Freedom Lane, in the town of Plains, Montana, but now, not only is he being forced off his land, he is being forced to exhume his wife’s body and take her with him (with his land being sold out from under him, the only way he can now be assured of being buried next to his wife as they had planned is to exhume her body and move it to a cemetery).
This is the most disgusting, callous, brutal, and unjust treatment of a WWII veteran by the “justice” system we have ever heard of. Here is a man who stepped up and went to war at the age of 19 to fight against the Japanese in the Pacific. When we say he is a war hero, we are not exaggerating. Serving in Co. B, 511th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 11th Airborne Division (see discharge papers below), Warren earned two bronze starts while making three combat jumps in the Philippine Islands in 1945.
One of those combat jumps was the daring rescue of prisoners of war at the Los Banos Internment Camp on the Island of Luzon, Philippines, February 23, 1945, where Warren and his brother paratroopers of Co. B, 511th Parachute Infantry Regiment parachuted in at dawn’s early light, 40 kilometers behind enemy lines, and rescued over 2,000 prisoners of war – men, women, and children – from their brutal Imperial Japanese guards, before those guards could slaughter them (as they had planned). Not one prisoner was killed in the raid (though many of the Japanese guards were). Private Warren Bodeker was there. He was one of those brave young paratroopers who the grateful prisoners truly considered heaven sent from above. As one of the prisoners, a missionary, described it in his diary:
“at 7:00 a.m. sharp, we heard and saw nine large transport planes flying low, and passing close to the camp; perhaps one mile to the east. Even as we all watched, we saw doors open and paratroopers came tumbling out. OH WHAT A SIGHT! With a tropical sunrise for a background, we saw about 150 parachutes open one after another and settle slowly earth-ward out of our sight behind the distant trees. Warren Bodeker and his surviving Airborne brothers came home to a grateful nation and settled down to a peaceful life. Warren lived happily as a law-abiding citizen on Freedom Lane in Montana, until he had to endure the great loss of his beloved wife Lorna this past year, after her five year battle against cancer, but Warren was still looking forward to being buried next to her on their property when he died, knowing that their land and home (which he and his wife built together) would be kept in the family.
But Warren had a pile of medical and credit card bills to deal with and filed for bankruptcy, and that is when his nightmare began. According to Warren and several witnesses, though Warren had utterly no intention of ever selling his land and home, and planned to die there and be buried next to his wife at 11 Freedom Lane, he was pressured and coerced into entering into a “stipulation” denying his bankruptcy discharge and waiving his homestead exemption, and thus coerced into selling his home, because he had failed to disclose some silver and gold he and his wife had set aside for their old age – which he considered a retirement fund that he did not have to disclose. Once that failure to disclose was discovered by the Trustee, Christy Brandon (a lawyer in Bigfork Montana who also works as a Chapter 7 trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court), Warren was pressured into signing the stipulation under threat of prosecution and under threat of having his home and land taken by means of adversarial proceedings with any left-over proceeds being consumed by lawyers fees and costs (with Christy Brandon serving as both the trustee for the estate and also as the lawyer for the estate, and also as the attorney for herself, as trustee). According to Warren and several witnesses, he was essentially told that the Trustee would take his land and home anyway, and if he resisted, he would wind up penniless. Unfortunately, his own lawyer at the time went along with the stipulation, and did not fight hard to keep Warren in his home. Watch the above video interview to learn the details.
Warren really did not understand what was going on in the complex legal world of bankruptcy, and did not understand his rights. In addition to the diminished mental capacity that so often occurs in someone nearly 90 years old, Warren is also hard of hearing and needs an assistant to help him keep track of what is being said during hearings. Much of the time, he just does not understand what is going on.
And even if Warren was wrong in not disclosing the silver and gold coins, the just and proper way to handle it would have been, at most, to deny him the discharge and require him to use the coins to pay off his creditors. The trustee didn’t have to pressure Warren into waiving his homestead exemption, by threatening to void it through an adversarial proceeding which would eat up the estate through legal fees and costs, and thus force him to sell his home and land. Forcing him off his land, and forcing him to exhume his wife’s body (with his land being sold out from under him, the only way he can now be assured of being buried next to his wife as they had planned is to exhume her body and move it to a cemetery), in the last years of his life – kicking him homeless to the curb with his wife’s casket – is an egregious, unnecessary, gross act of tyranny and injustice, in our opinion.
This is a callous act of brutality, devoid of human compassion, devoid of all sense of proportionality, devoid of any sense of decency, charity, justice or well-deserved respect of an elder veteran – much more like something the brutal Imperial Japanese internment camp guards would have done to Warren if they could than what his own country should do to a winner of two Bronze Stars who risked all, in combat, for this nation.
Warren’s lawyer withdrew from his case last month, and he has been trying to find a new bankruptcy lawyer, but then Warren was hospitalized with what was thought to be kidney stones, but which has now been discovered to be advanced prostate cancer, which is spreading throughout his body. There was a hearing held this past Tuesday, June 12, 2012, on Trustee Christy Brandon’s motion to have Warren removed from his home. Warren had been flown to the VA Hospital in Helena, Montana last week and was still hospitalized on the 12th and could not attend the hearing. From his hospital bed, Warren sent in a pro se motion for a continuance, telling the court that he was hospitalized and could not attend the hearing. He asked the court to continue the hearing until after he was discharged from the hospital. Warren also informed the court that his friend Roxsanna Ryan (whom Warren gave power of attorney) had scheduled an appointment for him with a psychologist so a competency exam could be done, and that he intended to challenge the validity of the stipulation based on his a lack of capacity to understand what he was agreeing to.
But despite the well established fact that Mr. Bodeker was in the hospital, the trustee, Christy Brandon, opposed the motion to continue the hearing. And even after knowing that Warren Bodeker was in the hospital and that he was set to undergo a competency examination which could show that he lacked the capacity to enter into the stipulation, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, the Honorable Ralph B. Kirscher, denied Warren’s motion to continue the hearing and granted the Trustee’s motion for an order for Warren to vacate the property. The trustee, Christy Brandon, then emailed Warren to tell him that she would be there at the home on Monday, June 18, 2012, accompanied by a Sheriff’s deputy, to kick him out of his home and have the locks changed.
This man risked his life in a daring combat jump from the low altitude of 500 feet (so low that reserve parachutes are useless, and a chute malfunction meant death) to rescue 2,000 innocent men, women, and children who faced certain death if he and his Airborne brothers had not made that jump that morning, February 23, 1945 (after the rescue, the Japanese returned to the area and massacred 1,500 local Filipino civilians, killing men, women, and children). And this is how the U.S. government thanks this man for his service?
We will post more details on this disgraceful travesty as they become known, but what is most important right now is that we have a duty to help this WWII hero in his time of need. Warren Bodeker needs:
1. LEGAL HELP. First of all, he needs a competent, tenacious bankruptcy lawyer to assist him in challenging the stipulation which waived his homestead exemption, and challenging the forced sale of his home and land. We are calling on any and all bankruptcy lawyers across the United States to step up and help this man. This warrior, this hero, this great American, this good man, deserves to be at peace during his last days and to finally rest in peace at his wife’s side, on their family land, after all he went through to fight against fascism.

(GLOBAL POST) Seven police officers and at least nine landless farmers have been killed in bloody clashes in Paraguay after police tried to evict protesters from a property they have occupied in the east of the country.
According to the Agence France Presse, the violence broke out on Friday after 300 police arrived at a private forest reserve owned by wealthy businessman Blas Riquelme in Curuguaty, 250 kilometers northeast of the capital Asuncion, in order to remove about 150 peasants who are squatting on the land.

The peasants ambushed the police, opening fire and sparked an eight-hour shoot-out which left at least 16 people dead. President Fernando Lugo accepted the resignations of his interior minister, Carlos Filizzola, as well as Paraguayan national police chief Paulino Rojas, over the incident late on Friday, and has deployed Paraguay’s army to put an end to the dispute, the Associated Press reported.
The farmers claim the land was illegally appropriated whilst Paraguay was under the control of General Alfredo Stroessner from 1954 to 1989 and parcelled out amongst his allies, according to the BBC, with peasant leader Jose Rodriguez telling Paraguayan radio that the squatters killed on Friday “were humble farmers, members of the landless movement, who’d decided to stay and resist.”
(RT) “We live to survive.” That is what many of them say. In the 19th century, the Lakota people were among the most successful fighters for freedom in the USA. But their land was eventually stolen, their language for years was forbidden to be taught in schools, and their freedom existed only on paper. This story was filmed during the first week of August in 2011 on the territory of Pine Ridge reservation in South Dakota. This is official land of the Oglala Lakota Nation nowadays.
Every year in August, Lakota people come to Pine Ridge from all over the world to celebrate their culture and traditions at the annual powwow. On the contrary of joy and happiness even during holiday there is a place for grief and misery. Many people have alcohol problems, there are no jobs or good housing. Lakota people are still fighting for their rights. But that gets harder to do every year.
Obama’s new executive order
