Right now the leader of SOPA internet censorship bill sponsor, Lamar Smith, is proposing a bill that will be detrimental to the Internets stability, privacy, and freedom. This bill known as H.R. 1981. and also titled the Protecting Children From Internet Pornographers Act of 2011 will break the Bill of Rights protections while Government officials and employees are sexually abusing children, also caught aiding and abetting child pornography and it’s all on the record.

Here is how Americans Internet will be affected with the passing of this bill. ISPs will be forced to collect and retain all American internet users data whether or not they’re accused of a crime or not. Now if the Data logs only retained websites then it would literally cost a grand amount of money to set up data log centers for Internet Service Providers. If the Data centers have to retain all packet captures of every American users at the ISPs level it will literally cost them millions to billions of dollars for data retention centers, temperature controlled environments, employees of these data retention centers, thousands to hundreds of thousands if not even millions of Hard Disk Drives needed to store 18 months of user data of every American internet user, and backup Hard Drives in case of Hard Disk failure.

So not only will this ISP Data Retention law violate the Bill of Rights under the U.S. Constitution but it will be technically unfeasible. It is a whole lot better to only record Internet activities of those under a court warrant as what is required by the 4th Amendment under the Bill of Rights but to keep 18 months of records whether or not an American is guilty of a crime will be disastrous to civil liberties and the Internet itself. Due to the costs that ISPs will have to pay to keep Data records this will 100% likely lead to forced Data caps for both upload and download at ISPs with overcharge charges to pay for extra Hard Drives needed to keep 18 months of Internet data history.

Then of course it’s well documented that members of the UN is involved with the child sex slavery. It’s also well documented that thousands of top Pentagon officials were purchasers and supporters of Child Pornography. Then of course after the allegations and well documented evidence it was admitted that the Pentagon didn’t fully investigate the Child Pornography accusations against them.

It’s also well documented that multiple Transportation Security Administration (TSA) workers have been caught with not just child pornography but also wanting to make a a teen a sex slave and even inappropriately touched a preteen girl. One example was TSA screener Scott Wilson that was caught with downloading child pornography using a file sharing tool. Anther example was Charles Henry Bennett who was arrested after the girl came forward claiming she’d been molested by the suspect when she was 12, Orlando TV station WKMG reports. The alleged plot was that this perverted TSA Agent wanted to turn a 15-year-old girl into his “sex slave“. Another example is that a city officer arrested a Spring Creek man Wednesday morning at the Elko Area Regional Airport, where he works for the Transportation Security Administration, on a warrant charging six counts of lewdness with a child. The Last example of a TSA Worker caught distributing child pornography was Thomas Gordon Jr. of Philadelphia, who routinely searched airline passengers, uploaded explicit pictures of young girls to an Internet site on which he also posted a photograph of himself in his TSA uniform.

Then of course the California Family Courts are helping the Child Sexual Abuse Industry.

So how can we trust the Government with protecting our children from child pornography whenever government officials and agents are caught with child porn and abusing children? How can members of the Government want to make the Internet more expensive to run with forced ISP Data Retention laws in the U.S. while top Pentagon officials are caught aiding and abetting child pornography?
