President Trump to Block ‘Fake News’ from Presidential Debates

President Trump threatens to block fake news from Presidential debates

President Donald Trump has promised to block ‘fake news’ networks such as CNN from covering the upcoming presidential debates.

In response to the Democrat National Committee blocking Fox News from hosting any of their primary debates, Trump lashed out on Twitter, saying:

“Good. Then I think I’ll do the same thing with the Fake News Networks and the Radical Left Democrats in the General Election debates!”

Breitbart.com reports: DNC chairman Tom Perez that the Fox News channel’s close relationship with the president meant that they would not allow the cable news network to host any of their debates.

“Just to be clear, Fox News will not serve as a media partner for the 2020 Democratic primary debates,” Perez said on Twitter. He said that Fox News could not host “a fair and neutral debate” for their candidates.

But Trump indicated that he might not participate in general election debates with establishment media figures.

In 2016, NBC’s Lester Holt, ABC’s Martha Raddatz, CNN’s Anderson Cooper, and Fox News’ Chris Wallace were selected by the Commission on Presidential Debates to moderate the general election debates with Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

EU executive says Brexit talks ‘difficult’, no solution found for now

March 6, 2019

BRUSSELS (Reuters) – The latest talks between EU and UK Brexit negotiators have been “difficult” and no agreement has been found yet, a spokesman for the bloc’s executive said on Wednesday.

“(EU Brexit negotiator) Michel Barnier has informed the Commission that while the talks take place in a constructive atmosphere, discussions have been difficult,” the spokesman, Margaritis Schinas, told a news conference.

“No solution has been identified at this point that is consistent with the Withdrawal Agreement, including the protocol on Ireland and Northern Ireland, which will not be reopened,” Schinas said after Barnier updated the Commission on Brexit on Wednesday, a day after the latest talks with British envoys failed to yield a breakthrough.

Thyssenkrupp employees will not support Tata JV at any price

February 13, 2019

By Tom Käckenhoff

DUESSELDORF, Germany (Reuters) – Labor leaders, who hold half the seats on Thyssenkrupp’s supervisory board, will not support a planned joint venture with Tata Steel if concessions in ongoing antitrust proceedings go too far, a union representative said.

Thyssenkrupp and Tata Steel are planning to combine their European steel activities to create the continent’s No. 2 steelmaker after ArcelorMittal, raising concerns that far-reaching remedies are required to secure antitrust approval.

The European Commission is expected to outline its competitive concerns about the merger this week, calling on the two firms to offer compromises to avert a potential veto.

“We won’t support a merger at any price,” Markus Grolms, vice chairman of Thyssenkrupp’s supervisory board and secretary at IG Metall, Germany’s biggest labor union, told Reuters on Wednesday.

“We have always defined a red line with regard to the merger control proceedings. If this line is crossed we won’t give our support,” Grolms said, without saying where the line would be drawn.

Shares in the group traded 3.2 percent lower at 1124 GMT, dropping to a fresh three-year low.

Several brokerages cut their price targets following weak first-quarter results on Tuesday.

Grolms said Thyssenkrupp’s supervisory board, where labor representatives hold 10 of the 20 seats, would have to vote on the outcome of remedy negotiations between the company and the Commission.

They could be outvoted by Chairwoman Martina Merz, who has a casting vote in case of a draw, but this would be unprecedented and would go against Thyssenkrupp’s long-standing tradition of making large restructuring moves with labor support.

Thyssenkrupp Chief Executive Guido Kerkhoff a day earlier said the Commission’s statement of objections, expected at the end of the week, was not unusual given the transaction’s size. He said it gave no reason for fresh concerns.

The steel-to-submarines group is still confident it can complete the deal in early 2019. The European Commission will rule on the transaction by April 29.

“We’ve always been straight about this and have already confronted (former CEO Heinrich) Hiesinger with our concern that the risks from merger control proceedings are either underestimated or deliberately downplayed by management,” Grolms said.

The steel joint venture is a key part of Thyssenkrupp’s transformation plan, which also includes a planned spin-off of its elevator, car parts and plant engineering units to form a separately listed entity.

Siemens-Alstom Merger Killed By EU Competition Officials

A merger that was supposed to create a “European champion” with the strength to counter the growing economic clout of China has been killed by the European Union’s top competition official, Margrethe Vestager.

On Wednesday, Brussels blocked the proposed merger between Siemens and Alstom that would have created a pan-European rail giant, a move that France Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire denounced as “an economic mistake” and a “political mistake” according to the Financial Times.

However, despite these criticisms, Vestager is pressing ahead with an internal recommendation to veto the tie-up after last-ditch concessions from the German and French train manufacturers failed to address her concerns. Her official decision to veto the merger is expected to be announced later on Wednesday.

Alstom

During an interview on French television, Le Maire, who had previously championed the deal, criticized Vestager for using the wrong criteria to evaluate the deal.

“The criteria chosen by the Commission are not the right ones,” he said, suggesting that “the pertinent market for analysing competition is the world market and not the European market.” Le Maire added: “It is a political mistake: the role of the Commission is to defend the economic interests of Europe.”

The merger, first proposed in September 2017, was backed by both the French and German governments to create a company with enough clout to fend off foreign competitors. Both Le Maire and Peter Altmaier, the German economy minister, warned that cancelling the merger would benefit China while hurting European companies.

“The rejection of the Alstom-Siemens merger will serve China’s economic and industrial interests,” said Mr Le Maire on Wednesday. “This decision prevents Alstom and Siemens from having the same weight as its Chinese competitor.”

His sentiments echo those of Peter Altmaier, Germany’s economy minister, who yesterday called for changes to EU competition rules to big M&A deals easier. Mr Altmaier said European companies in sectors such as civil aviation, railways, plant construction and banks could only compete on an equal footing with rivals from China and the US “if you allow mergers, so the companies we have in these industries can achieve the [necessary] scale.”

Meanwhile, Vestager said the merger had been cancelled because the companies “were not willing to address our serious competition concerns.”

India’s online sellers to appeal against competition commission’s Flipkart ruling

January 12, 2019

MUMBAI (Reuters) – A group representing online sellers in India will appeal against the Competition Commision of India’s (CCI’s) ruling in favour of Walmart-owned Flipkart, the group’s lawyer Chanakya Basa said in a release on Saturday.

All India Online Vendors Association (AIOVA), which represents more than 3,500 online sellers, had complained that Flipkart was using its dominant position to favour select sellers. The CCI had rejected this argument in November.

The CCI had said Flipkart as well as Amazon did not break regulations through their selection of merchants and brands. [nL4N1XI3KJ]

The AIOVA will appeal to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal on Monday against the CCI decision, Basa told Reuters.

“We firmly believe we have filed adequate information to prove the existence of a prima-facie case which the hon’ble Commission has failed to take into account. Hence, we are filing this appeal,” Basa said in a statement.

The AIOVA has also brought a similar case against Amazon, alleging it favours merchants that it partly owns, such as Cloudtail and Appario.

India has a burgeoning e-commerce market, with almost 500 million Indians using the internet in 2018. The market is tipped to grow to $200 billion in a decade, according to Morgan Stanley. [nL3N1RZ068]

US Military Kills Al Qaeda Terrorist Involved in USS Cole Attack in 2000

(CNSNews.com) – The long arm of the United States finally caught up on New Year’s Day with an al-Qaeda terrorist centrally involved in the suicide bombing in 2000 of the guided-missile destroyer USS Cole. The attack killed of 17 American sailors.

Jamal al-Badawi, a Yemeni national in his mid-50s who was sentenced to death 15 years ago for his role in the attack in Aden port, twice escaped from custody in Yemen before the U.S. military killed him in a “precision strike” on January 1.

U.S. Central Command confirmed that al-Badawi was killed in Marib governorate, a region northeast of Yemen’s capital, Sana’a.

“Jamal al-Badawi was a legacy al Qaeda operative in Yemen involved in the USS Cole bombing,” said CENTCOM spokesman Capt. Bill Urban. “U.S. forces confirmed the results of the strike following a deliberate assessment process.”

President Trump added his congratulations on Twitter.

“Our GREAT MILITARY has delivered justice for the heroes lost and wounded in the cowardly attack on the USS Cole,” he said. “We have just killed the leader of that attack, Jamal al-Badawi.”

“Our work against al Qaeda continues,” Trump added. “We will never stop in our fight against Radical Islamic Terrorism!”

Seventeen sailors were killed and 39 more were wounded when an explosives-laden small boat detonated alongside the USS Cole during a refueling stopover in Aden on October 12, 2000, blowing a gaping hole in the hull’s midsection, just above the waterline.

Al-Badawi was later captured by Yemeni authorities and was being held in connection with the attack when he escaped from prison in April 2003.

He was recaptured 11 months later, and in September 2004 a Yemeni court sentenced him and another man, Abd al-Rahim al-Nashri, to death for planning the attack. Four other men were jailed for periods of five to 10 years for lesser roles in the bombing.

In February 2006, al-Badawi was one of 23 prisoners – including 12 convicted al-Qaeda terrorists – who escaped from their Yemeni prison, fleeing through what Interpol at the time described as a 460 foot-long tunnel “dug by the prisoners and co-conspirators outside.”

(Another of the escapees was Nasir al-Wuhayshi, who in 2009 would become the emir of al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula and in 2013 was appointed by al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri as the number two overall of al-Qaeda’s global terrorist network. Al-Wuhayshi was killed in a U.S. drone strike in mid-2015.)

Al-Badawi has for years featured on the FBI’s list of most-wanted terrorists, with a reward of up to $5 million on his head.

Aborted earlier attack

Although characterized by the president as “the leader” of the USS Cole attack, al-Badawi is one of several terrorists who have been described over the years as having masterminded it, including Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, the man who was sentenced to death with al-Badawi in 2004.

(The Yemeni court sentenced Al-Nashri, a Saudi national, in absentia as he was already in U.S. custody at a then-undisclosed location, later discovered to be a clandestine CIA facility in Romania. In 2006 he was transferred to Guantanamo Bay, where he remains. The 9/11 Commission described al-Nashri as “the mastermind of the Cole bombing and the eventual head of al-Qaeda operations in the Arabian Peninsula.”)

Al-Badawi did, however, play a very significant role in the attack, based on a 50-count U.S. indictment unsealed one month after his first escape. It said his involvement included leasing safehouses in Aden for the terrorist team; traveling to Saudi Arabia to buy the attack boat; and buying a truck and trailer used to tow the boat to Aden port.

The indictment also revealed that the attack on the USS Cole came nine months after an earlier attempt failed. The terrorists tried to bomb another U.S. Navy destroyer, the USS The Sullivans, but the attack was aborted after the small boat sank under the weight of the explosives.

According to the indictment, the terrorists regrouped, salvaged the explosives, strengthened the boat’s hull and added extra fuel tanks, completing the work by the time the USS Cole arrived.

The Cole bombing was the most serious Islamist attack against U.S. forces abroad since the Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia in 1996.

Both al-Qaeda and its Yemen-based affiliate Aden-Abyan Islamic Group claimed responsibility for the attack, which the 9/11 Commission said “galvanized al-Qaeda’s recruitment efforts.”

At the time of the bombing, the USS Cole had been on its way to join the multinational operation enforcing U.N. sanctions against Saddam Hussein’s Iraq.

The bombing prompted an overhaul of U.S. Navy security measures abroad, and the Arleigh Burke-class destroyer underwent 14 months of repairs and upgrades before returning to active service in late 2003.

Santa Clara Military-Style Attack on Power Grid

21st Century Wire covered this story on the Sunday Wire and you can read their original article here.

“This was an unprecedented and sophisticated attack on an electric grid substation using military-style weapons.” – U.S. Representative Henry Waxman (D-CA)

A half hour before 150 rounds were fired into the PG&E substation in Coyote, California, in less than 20 minutes, an AT&T fiber optic cable was cut in an underground vault at the site causing a phone blackout at 12:58 a.m., according to what Sgt. Kurtis Stenderup, of the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office, told KTVU. That leaves a half hour gap between the phone blackout and the beginning of what former Federal Energy Regulatory Commission chairman Jon Wellinghoff called a “well planned, coordinated and executed attack on a major piece of our electric grid infrastructure,” according to what he told CNN.

The FBI does not believe this was an attack by a terrorist organization, but they are still investigating what happened on April 16, 2013. San Francisco’s FBI spokesperson Peter Lee added “there is no nexus to terrorism at this time.” He called this a case of vandalism.

During the short attack on PG&E Corporation’s Metcalf transmission substation in Santa Clara County on April 16, 17 transformers were taken out by a sniper or a team of snipers beginning at 1:31 a.m. By the time police arrived the attackers or vandals were long gone. Surveillance cameras caught little more than the hail of bullets that struck the gates of the substation. No arrests have been made so far. Authorities found over 100 fingerprint-free shell casing and small piles of rocks that may have been left by “an advance scout to tell the attackers where to get the best shots,” according to Rob Wile of Business Insider.com. The article by Wile is based on another article by The Wall Street Journal’s Rebecca Smith. You must subscribe to the Wall Street Journal to read her article.

KTVU reported that the phone black out affected local businesses as well, “Teri Bradford owns the Coyote Bait and Tackle shop down the street. She says they had power but no phones and didn’t know what had happened.”

In what appears to be a test-run for a future terror attack, a power grid blackout was avoided by quick-thinking utility workers who rerouted power around the Metcalf substation. Other power plants in Silicon Valley also helped out by producing more electricity to compensate for the PG&E transformers. The Metcalf substation had no power for over a month after the attack.

After the “domestic terror attack” Chairman Wellinghoff requested the U.S. Navy investigate.

Jon Wellinghoff stepped down as FERC chairman in November 2013. Now working as an energy law attorney, Wellinghoff believes tighter security measures by a federal agency would help prevent such attacks in the future, but other utility officials disagree. PG&E spokesperson Brian Swanson let everyone know that in situations like this, PG&E has redundancies set up “to reroute power around damaged equipment and keep the lights on for our customers.”

“This isn’t about this substation or this organized attack. This is more about the larger issue of physical security of these high-voltage substations nationwide and the need to ensure that some defensive measures start to be put in place.” – Former Federal Energy Regulatory Commission chairman Jon Wellinghoff

Wellinghoff is calling for a national coordinated plan with a federal agency in charge to prevent such attacks in the future. He remains deeply concerned about the vulnerability of the nation’s electricity system.

U.S. Representative Henry Waxman (D-CA) also believes improved security measures need to be taken, and he said so during a U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing in December of 2013. In 2010 The GRID Act passed in the U.S. House of Representatives, but was voted down in the U.S. Senate thereafter. The GRID Act was intended “to amend the Federal Power Act to protect the bulk-power system and electric infrastructure critical to the defense of the United States against cybersecurity and other threats and vulnerabilities.”

If passed back in 2010, here are just a few things the GRID Act would have allowed the FERC to execute at their discretion:

• Authorizes FERC to issue such rules or orders without prior notice or hearing if it determines that a rule or order must be issued immediately to protect critical electric infrastructure from a cyber security vulnerability.
• Directs FERC, before issuing a rule or order, to consult with specified entities and federal agencies regarding implementation of actions that will effectively address the identified cyber security vulnerabilities.
• Requires the rule or order issued to address a cyber security vulnerability to expire on the effective date of a certain standard developed to address the cyber security vulnerability.
• Empowers the Secretary of Energy to require, by order, with or without notice, persons subject to FERC jurisdiction to take such actions as the Secretary determines will best avert or mitigate an immediate cyber security threat.

Representative Waxman hopes to “fix the gap in regulatory authority” and empower the FERC to deal with such threats and vulnerabilities. Expect another version of the GRID Act to find its way into the congressional halls very soon.

The precision of the attack suggests the suspects could be active or ex-military personnel. Was this an act of vandalism or domestic terrorism? Could it be a training exercise of some sort? What did the perpetrators gain by disabling the power plant’s transformers and fiber optic cable? Was it more than to observe the response time of local authorities? If this was a training exercise, what were they training for? More so, who are they?

Are they training for an attack in Santa Clara, California? Super Bowl 50 will be held at the new Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara in 2016. Before that happens, the stadium will host WWE WrestleMania 31 on March 29, 2015.

Or was the “vandalism” a training exercise for what happened in Arkansas months later where “multiple attacks on power lines & grid infrastructure led to millions of dollars in damage and brief power outages”?

Nuclear Regulatory Commission: Radiation Leak at Byron Was Minimal

Chicago Tribune
February 2, 2012

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission says the amount of radioactive tritium released in steam to cool a reactor during a shutdown at Exelon’s Byron nuclear plant was not enough to present a danger to the public.

Agency spokeswoman Viktoria Mitlyng says preliminary calculations indicate that the radiation dose from Monday’s release at the Byron Generating Station was less than 0.001 (one one-thousandth) percent of the NRC’s annual limit. That amount is thought to be safe to workers and the public.

The Byron plant is about 95 miles northwest of Chicago.

Presidential Commission: Direct Energy Weapons Used On American Citizens in Tests

The Intel Hub | Factions within the U.S. Government’s Military Industrial Complex have been and indeed are testing Direct Energy Weapons, chemical, nuclear & biological agents on the civilian populace.

January 29, 2012

In the dawn of 2012, many Americans, still left in the dark and unawakened to the fact that their omnipotent government and floundering leaders in Washington would have anything less than the peoples best interest at heart, will now face one of their biggest fears.

Factions within the U.S. Government’s Military Industrial Complex have been and indeed are testing Direct Energy Weapons, along with chemical, nuclear and biological agents on the civilian populace.

In fact, U.S. law, approved by Congress, allows chemical and biological testing on the populace. (see PUBLIC LAW 105–85—NOV. 18, 1997 111 STAT. 1915)

The Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues is composed of 13 members and was established in November of 2009 by way of Executive Order 13521 which was issued by President Barrack H. Obama.

According to the PCSBI official government website;

The Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues (PCSBI) advises the President on bioethical issues that may emerge from advances in biomedicine and related areas of science and technology.

The Commission works with the goal of identifying and promoting policies and practices that ensure scientific research, health care delivery, and technological innovation are conducted in an ethically responsible manner.”

The documentation provided on the PCBSI website concludes that the commission has engaged in various studies over time, one of which was the Dec 15, 2011 study entitled — Moral Science: Protecting Participants in Human Subjects Research.

A transcript excerpt from Meeting 4, Session 10 states;

MS. MARSHALL:

Good afternoon. My name is Connie Marshall. I am a former mayoral candidate from Louisville, Kentucky. I have never been involved in any criminal activity. I found a document in my bank account that said problem with Kentucky government. Check federal government paperwork in file before releasing information to anyone.

I am an eight year victim survivor of assaults by directed energy weapons. The torture I have experienced consists of body overheating, body extremely cold, seizures, heart pain, earaches, itching behind eyes, burning behind eyes, swelling, headaches, involuntary movement of my limbs, exhaustion, speeding and heart racing, hair coming out by the handfuls as if I have had chemotherapy, mind paralysis, being hypnotized or being placed in a trance-type state, being tracked by a drone or satellite, controlled dreams, sleep deprivation, V2K which is voice to skull, projected sound, extreme muscle spasms and extreme muscle cramps; being made to fall down; blue circles around the pupils of my eyes and I am here and you can look at them if you like; low frequency noises in my home; high frequency noises in my home; sexual stimulation.

Numerous electrical appliances in my home are destroyed; four computers, two fax machines, seven telephones, four CD players, VCR, DVD players, the electrical igniter switch on my furnace, washer and dryer, air conditioner.

Also my car radio, CD player and engine were destroyed. I am watched in my home 24 hours a day and followed around everywhere I go, though I do not have a criminal history.

When I ran for Mayor of my town, I was also attacked at debates and forums. My website is www.justiceforallcitizens.com. Thank you. And I would like to leave you with these flyers as well. Thank you.

DR. GUTMANN:
Thank you.

The opening statement in Moral Science: Protecting Participants in Human Subjects Research reads like a mad scientists diary stating;

The Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues today issued its report concerning federally-sponsored research involving human volunteers, concluding that current rules and regulations provide adequate safeguards to mitigate risk.

In its report, “Moral Science: Protecting Participants in Human Subjects Research,” the Commission also recommended 14 changes to current practices to better protect research subjects, and called on the federal government to improve its tracking of research programs supported with taxpayer dollars.

The statement goes on to openly admit that the U.S. Government spread bio-agents (STD’s) to Guatemalans in the mid 40′s stating;

President Obama requested that the Commission undertake an assessment of research standards following the October 2010 revelation that the U.S. Public Health Service supported unethical research in Guatemala from 1946 to 1948 that involved intentionally exposing thousands of Guatemalans to sexually transmitted diseases without their consent.

The President gave the Bioethics Commission two assignments: to oversee a thorough fact-finding investigation into the specifics of the studies (released September 13, 2011); and to assure that current rules for research participants protect people from harm or unethical treatment, domestically as well as internationally.

The statement goes on to highlight the Key Findings:

In the report’s central finding, the Commission found that the “U.S. system provides substantial protections for the health, rights, and welfare of research subjects.”

Evidence has now been brought to light that over 55,000 human testing projects (with numerous people per project) took place during the year 2010;

In assessing the current regulations that protect human subjects, the Commission learned that there is no central source with information about the overall size, scope, and cost of the government’s research involving human subjects.

The Commission requested information from 18 individual agencies that conduct most federal human subjects research, but discovered that many federal offices could not provide basic data about the research they support.

The Pentagon, for example, required more than seven months to prepare information on specific studies supported by the Department of Defense.

In its report, the Commission found that the federal government supported more than 55,000 projects involving human subjects around the globe in Fiscal Year 2010, mostly in health-related research, but also in other fields such as education, engineering and social science.

The PCSBI sounds great to the average person nearly skimming the surface of the pages of this government website.

However, a closer look reveals that the commission has been put in place to aid in a massive cover-up of what is really taking place right in front of our  eyes on a daily basis, and, apparently it’s legal.

The deliberate poisoning of humanity through a multi-tiered agenda program commonly referred to as geoengineering or chemtrail operations as well as the large scale testing of direct energy weapons on the American people.

This is done by diverting the attention back to older topics such as the Guatimalan STD’s.

These aerosol spraying campaigns can be used to modify the weather, and control the weather derivatives market through advanced manipulation practices incorporated into the Enron spawned weather derivatives market to the upper tier of the global crime syndicate

The PCSBI official website gives a brief history of bioethics commissions dating back to the early 70′s stating;

The National Commission for the Protection of Human Subjects of Biomedical and Behavioral Research (1974-78) is generally viewed as the first national bioethics commission.

Established as part of the 1974 National Research Act, the National Commission is best known for the Belmont Report. It identified fundamental principles for research involving human volunteers and was the basis of subsequent federal regulation in this area.

The Presidential Commission for the Study of Ethical Problems in Medicine and Biomedical and Behavioral Research (1978-83), also established by Congress, produced reports on foregoing life-sustaining treatment and access to health care, among other topics.

Its 1981 report Defining Death was the basis of the Uniform Determination of Death Act, a model law that was enacted by most U.S. states.

The Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments (1994-95) was created by President Bill Clinton to investigate human radiation experiments conducted from 1944 -1974 as well as radiation intentionally released into the environment for research purposes. T

he committee considered the ethical and scientific standards for evaluating these events and provided recommendations aimed at ensuring that similar events could not be repeated.

Amy Gutman Chair of the PCSBI stated in a commission meeting;

“Good morning, and I’m Amy Gutmann. I’m president of the University of Pennsylvania and I’m chair of the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues. On behalf of myself and my vice chair, Jim Wagner, who is president of Emory University, I’d like to say welcome to everybody and welcome to day one of our second public meeting.

I’d also like to note the presence of our designated federal officer, our newly appointed commission executive director, Valerie Bonham. Valerie, we’re happy to have you as executive director, not the least because you make this meeting official but you also do many other things to help us move forward.”

Amy goes on to talk about morality;

“I don’t know how many of your experts in synthetic biology are already here and sitting behind me. With all due respect to the extraordinary work now being done in synthetic biology, synthetic biology joins what is likely a never-ending stream of rapidly developing areas of science that raise challenging societal issues. O

ne of the most important things that your commission could do would be to put forward a general framework for the moral and policy assessment not only of synthetic biology but of emerging technologies more broadly.”

The truth of the matter is that the illegitimate government comprised of new world order puppet cronies openly knows that they have passed bills approving bioweapons testing on the American populace – period.

Sadly these bioweapons that are now being tested on a regular basis are not limited to aerosol spraying, geoengineering/ depoulation programs, and directed energy weapons, as noted above and admitted by the president of the United States (POTUS) in documents regarding to the release of weaponized STD’s into Guatimala in past years.

Tea Party Group Presents Its Own Debt Commission Report

By KATE ZERNIKE, TheNewYorkTimes.com

As the Congressional committee charged with reining in the deficit nears its deadline for coming up with a way to cut it by at least $ 1.2 trillion over 10 years, the Tea Party — or at least, a small group aiming to represent the Tea Party — is presenting its own ideas.

The group, the Tea Party Debt Commission, has been soliciting ideas from Tea Party supporters over the past several months, and will release its final recommendations on Thursday, at a hearing on Capitol Hill convened for it by conservative senators and House members.

When it was formed, its organizers said that the commission would prove that the Tea Party, which tends to like the idea of cutting deficits rather than actual cuts, could in fact come up with a specific plan – one with far more ambitious goals than the joint Congressional committee that is supposed to release its recommendations next week.

The Tea Party budget, as the group calls it, claims to balance the budget in four years, and reduce federal spending by $ 9.7 trillion over the next 10 years, all while making permanent the Bush-era tax cuts.

If this sounds too good to be true, many will argue it is. Some nonpartisan voices, such as the Congressional Budget Office, have disputed the cost savings that the report estimates for things like repealing the health care legislation passed in 2010, which the Tea Party refers to as ObamaCare.

Among the group’s recommendations are things that have long been favorites of conservatives and/or libertarians — it’s a little bit Ronald Reagan, a little bit Ron Paul.

Judicial Watch to Monitor Guantanamo Bay Military Commission Proceedings against USS Cole Bombing Defendant

Judicial Watch, the public interest organization that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it has been approved to monitor the military tribunal of Saudi-born Abd al Rahim al Nashiri, an al-Qaeda terrorist accused of orchestrating the October 12, 2000 attack on the Navy destroyer USS Cole. Al Nashri is set to be arraigned at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Station, Cuba on November 9, 2011, with the prosecution planning to seek the death penalty.

Judicial Watch representative Irene Garcia has been approved to observe the proceedings by the U.S. Department of Defense through the Office of Military Commissions. At this time, the proceedings against Abd al Rahim al Nashiri is the only active case scheduled for Guantanamo Bay.

The USS Cole was the target of a suicide attack while the warship was moored and being refueled in the Yemeni port of Aden. Seventeen American sailors were killed and 39 were injured. The blast occurred when a skiff laden with explosives detonated against the port-side hull of the USS Cole and tore a 40-by-40-foot hole in the side of the stricken ship. It was the deadliest attack against a U.S. Naval vessel since the Iraqi attack on the USS Stark in May 1987.

Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaeda terrorist organization claimed responsibility for the attack. In 2002, al-Qaeda operative Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri was captured in the United Arab Emirates and charged with being the mastermind of the bombing. He has been a prisoner at the Guantanamo Bay facility since September 2006. Previous to that, he was held in a secret CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) location.

Two days after his inauguration, Barack Obama signed an executive order directing that Guantanamo Bay be closed within a year. While the facility remains open, White House Spokesman Jay Carney told reporters in February 2011: “The president remains committed to closing Guantanamo.”

“It has been a long time in coming, but Abd al Rahim al Nashiri will now face the justice he deserves before a military tribunal,” said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch. “In the effort to bring terrorists into the civilian court system, the Obama administration has irresponsibly disparaged military tribunals and the Guantanamo Bay terrorist-detention facility. We look forward to once again observing the military tribunal process and to providing some balance to the radical groups advocating for the terrorist detainees that will also be observing the proceedings.”

Judicial Watch Civil Litigation Director and attorney Paul Orfanedes visited Guantanamo Bay in 2008 to monitor military commission proceedings against Khalid Sheik Mohammed and other top 9/11 conspirators.

Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues (Dr. John Hall and others)

The first speaker describes secret naval technology which may be a derivative technology of that which several TI’s describe. The second speaker talks about being targeted with sleep deprivation, shock to the brain, heatwaves and many other ailments. Dr. John Hall is the 3rd speaker and has a pretty big whistle-blowing statement to the commission. What exactly is going on? Unfortunately this site does not allow embedding.
