Join We Are Christians
We Are Christians is not about Internet hits, thumbs ups, likes, or hash-tags.
We Are Christians is about discovering and battling in the Spiritual warfare we physically face each day. Each moment we may be tempted by sin, tempted by our desires, our dreams and aspirations. We all have God-Given gifts. We can use these gifts to further ourselves, humanity, and the Living Word of God. How we do this is up to each individual. We are not followers of men, nor are we leaders of men.
We are soldiers for Jesus Christ, The Father, and the Holy Spirit that is working through us all. When Christ knocked at my heart, I let him in, but I did not put him first. It was only after God showed me Alex Jones’ Dark Secrets Inside Bohemian Grove and Loose Change that I started to realize the physical battle we face today is directly connected to the spiritual battle face within ourselves.
We Are Christians began as an alternative to or spin-off of We Are Change. I would love to see more We Are Christians members in front of the camera on our We Are Christians YouTube playlist but I know many members are reluctant to even respond to emails like this. Most prefer to private message me with info or insight and I respect that as well. I have been very encouraged by the private messages I have received from members so far.
Each of us will play our own part in the battle against the evil one. We know the true enemy we face. The Devil. We also know he is the temporary ruler of this world and his minions are many. Ephesians 6:12 “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
I have never met a Christian who agrees 100% with another Christian. But if we cannot agree to disagree then perhaps the devil is winning the battle for our own soul. For I must pluck the speck from my own eye before doing so to my brother or sister – and that takes an entire lifetime. Mathew 7:5 – “You hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of your own eye; and then shall you see clearly to cast out the speck out of your brother’s eye.”
As we go forth into 2013, we are going to see many changes and the further growth of We Are Christians.
So who are we? I am spending a lot of time examining myself, and my role as a servant of God.
Why are we here on earth? What does God want us to do?
Shall we spend our time debating about dates of birth, how old the world is, the proper name of The Father, the skin color of Jesus, or the accuracy of the Bible and the non-canonical books? Or are we called to seek and spread the Word of Salvation? We must believe. As Christ told Thomas in John 20:29, “Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.”
What does a date or name matter if we do not believe in the Word? What is the Word? Salvation through Jesus Christ. John 3:16 – “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
If you do not believe in Salvation through Jesus Christ then this group is not for you.
We are not going to trick you here. We are not going to act as Christians and then reveal later that we are not. We are either hot or cold – we cannot be luke-warm. Revelations 3:16 – “Thus, because you are lukewarm and neither hot nor cold, I am about to vomit you out of my mouth!”
You have joined this group for a reason, or many reasons. Whatever the reason is, remember it as we go into 2013. You are on a journey like no other. For God has set the narrow road before you. Now all you must do is take your father’s hand and go forth on the path!
You will do God’s work whether you choose to or not. Even Jonah realized that after he refused to do what God commanded. We can ride the wave or we can swim against the current and possibly be swallowed by a whale. The choice is ours. We are given free-will. Free-will makes us love each other as we love Christ, or it can make us hurt each other as the devil loves.
We are Christians, but who are we? What do we seek and where do we go to find it?
Let us not get wrapped up in wedge issues and endless debates while the evil one sits by and laughs at our self-imposed division. Let us not seek “secrets” of the Bible, or hidden knowledge when we know that what God has given us is sufficient.
Let us be as children and never, ever trick or mislead our brothers and sisters. Wolves in sheep’s clothing will be revealed if we walk with Christ. Mathew 18:1-7 – “At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, “Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Herefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me. Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe to the world because of offenses! For offenses must come, but woe to that man by whom the offense comes!”
In conclusion, I believe 2013 is going to need strong followers of Jesus Christ, the Risen Lord. It is our choice whether we accept this mission or not. If you do, then you have a friend for life with me. Thank you and God Bless you all.
