Anthony Tolda’s campaign for US Congress is still very much alive in the Republican Primary race.
Permission to appeal the decision to overrule Supreme Court Justice Morano’s decision in favor of the Tolda campaign was filed on 5/30/12.
Tolda’s legal team is confident that this ruling against us is based on a misinterpreted technicality that is not absolute, can be brought to justice. As a result, bringing this case back to the same court that overruled, but forcing the court to rule again based on the actual value of the case, and original ruling in favor of the Tolda campaign.
Tolda’s comments were few and tenacious.
“If I were to quit this court battle now, it would go against everything this campaign stands for in regards to restoration of our Republic”.
“America was founded on the slogan “No Taxation Without Representation”.
The people’s values, and best interests are not being represented, and most importantly, their rights under the United States Constitution are not being defended or upheld, and the same can be said for most of America’s Congressional districts regarding their so called representation. This frivolous litigation case against an honest voice in Government shows major party politics for the stacked deck dealt by card counting elites against a largely unsuspecting public that it is.”
“This legalized election rigging is an epidemic, not just in the State of New York, but on a national level, and can be seen on a national level albeit in different specific practices by taking a look at Ron Paul’s Presidential campaign and the fraud going on in a much larger scale primary than the one I am in.
One lawyer I spoke with actually claims this is known as “sport” in the state of New York amongst some.
Sadly, if this election rigging continues long enough, I have concern that unrest in America will reach proportions not known on a national level of unison since the time the slogan “No Taxation Without Representation” was utilized in the founding of America”.
“Do not misconstrue my meaning here, my campaign exists to promote peace, freedom and prosperity.
My concern of public unrest stems from a knowledge of sociology, psychology, economics, American and World History, and most certainly is not, in any way out of desire to see, or encourage any level of civil unrest beyond what our Natural Rights in the United States Constitution documents for us to utilize in preservation of our Natural Rights, Constitution, and Freedom for America”.
“This campaign and this primary election, are both far from over. I am also a Constitution Party candidate and it’s actually almost laughable that the Board of Elections, and my opponent in the Republican primary think this election rigging will go unnoticed, and without any consequence from the electorate.
We are confident we will beat this frivolous case against us representing some dirty deeds done dirt cheap that are a direct attack against our people’s rights to have real choices in elections all over America”.
