Obama Lawyers Admit Birth Certificate Is A Forgery

While Obama’s attorney Alexandra Hill stated that the birth certificate in question is not relevant to the New Jersey ballot case, I cannot find where she specifically states that the birth certificate is a forgery. However, the quote of Ms. Hill on The Right Perspective.org states “President Obama’s birth certificate “was likely part of a contrived plot by counterfeiters to endow Obama with mere political support while simultaneously making the image intentionally appear absurd and, therefore, invalid as evidence toward proving Obama’s ineligibility in a court of law,” the Tea Party Tribune quoted Hill as saying.”"

Adding to this, Mario Apuzzo, the lawyer for the Tea Party activists wrote on April 1oth, “Obama’s attorney made a motion to dismiss the Objection in its entirety. She argued that it was not relevant to being placed on the ballot whether Mr. Obama is a “natural born Citizen,” where he was born, and whether he was born to U.S. citizen parents. She said that no law in New Jersey obligated him to produce any such evidence in order to get on the primary ballot. We argued that Mr. Obama under the Constitution has to be a “natural born Citizen.” We argued that under New Jersey law (the state constitution, statutes, and case law), Mr. Obama must show that he is qualified for the office he wishes to occupy and that includes showing that he is a “natural born Citizen,” which includes presenting evidence of who he is, where he was born, and that he was born to two U.S. citizen parents. We argued that the Secretary of State has a constitutional obligation not to place any ineligible candidates on the election ballot. Judge Masin denied Obama’s motion to dismiss and the case proceeded to trial.”"

Apuzzo was prepared to bring in an expert witness who would “testify on how the Obama April 27, 2011, long-form birth certificate has been altered and manipulated either by computer software or by a human or both, producing a forged documents, and that since the image is not reliable, we need to see the original paper version. Obama’s lawyer objected to my proffered testimony.”

Of course, as a lawyer she would object. Apuzzo said he would not call the expert witness “provided that Obama stipulated that the internet image of his birth certificate could not be used as evidence by either Judge Masin or the New Jersey Secretary of States and that he presented to the court or the Secretary of State no other evidence of his identity or place of birth. Judge Masin also asked Obama’s attorney whether she would so stipulate. She did so stipulate, agreeing that both the court and the Secretary of State cannot rely on the internet birth certificate as evidence of Obama’s place of birth and that Obama has produced no other evidence to the court regarding his place of birth. She also argued that Obama has no legal obligation to produce any such evidence to get on the primary ballot.”

So she agrees that the court and Secretary of State cannot rely on internet birth certificates as evidence of Obama’s birth. Perhaps that’s why she wanted the case dismissed. This adds more evidence that there is no conclusive proof of Obama’s long form birth certificate other than trusting what our government tells us. And we all know how that usually turns out.

The evidence is mounting, despite Donald Trump’s attempt to set the record straight. Mr. Gate-Keeper Trump attempted to silence the critics, those derogatorily called “Birthers”, by forcing the Obama Administration to show the public the long-form birth certificate. It seems in the brain-washed community, if bankruptcy-filer and celebrity mogul Donald Trump says Obama is a citizen of the U.S. then that’s the end of the story.

Two Tea Party activists challenged Obama’s Presidential eligibility to be on the June 5th Democratic Primary ballot in New Jersey. In April 2012, Lawyer Mario Apuzzo representing the two New Jersey Tea Party activists Nick Purpura and Ted Moran, argued that Obama was ineligible for two reasons. Obama has had “three different names in life”, adding to more speculation about why Obama has never issued a real copy of his birth certificate to the Secretary of State. (Certainly, if he has a real birth certificate, it should not be this difficult to track down, as the governor of Hawaii found out. and here )

The second reason given by the two tea party activists was “Obama’s father was a British colonial subject. He not only was not a naturalized citizen on the alleged date of Obama’s birth, but indeed never sought naturalization. Therefore Obama could never be a natural-born citizen no matter where he was born.”

What about his mother? If his mother was a U.S. born citizen, doesn’t that make Obama a U.S. citizen? What’s the difference between a native-born citizen and a natural born citizen? It is my understanding that to be a natural born citizen you must be born in the U.S. to two parents. Native born means you were born in the U.S. by one or more people who are not U.S. citizens. If I’m wrong let me know, I’ll correct it.

Anyways, to these claims, it seems Obama attorney Alexandra Hill stated that under New Jersey law Obama did not have to prove he was eligible for the office of the President of the United States. I guess she’s never read that one thing called the Constitution of the United States? Maybe she should consult a constitutional lawyer? That’s what Barack Obama is. To subvert constitutional law one must first understand the constitution first. The activist’s lawyer Mario Apuzzo told the judge that the New Jersey constitution demanded that the Secretary of State find out if the candidates are eligible or not. Ms. Hill reminds me of those who spout the phrase, “See no evil, speak no evil.” I see evil here. I see questions that need to be answered. People like me should not feel embarrassed for asking such questions.

So shame on you if you try to belittle those who are asking such questions. Asking questions leads to truth, bullying people into a thought process does not! Nor does it further the United States of America, sovereignty, the Constitution, or plain common sense.

Furthermore, Ms. Hill did not rebut the 2 reasons why Obama is ineligible for the June 5th New Jersey ballot. She only insisted that Obama doesn’t need to prove he is eligible. I’m sure somewhere Arnold Schwarzenegger is paying close attention, hoping people will soon forget that the President of the United States must be a natural-born citizen.

A section of Article Two of the United States Constitution explains: “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President…”

As the April 2012 appeal continued, the judge in the case asked Ms. Hill, “Is it your legal position that the document on the Internet is irrelevant to this case?”

To which Obama’s lawyer, Ms. Hill replied, “Yes.”

Judge Jeff Masin questioned if Ms. Hill would “concede that Mr. Obama has not produced an alleged birth certificate to the Secretary of State.”

Hill explained to the judge that “it has been released nationally” but admitted she did not know if Obama had given the Secretary of State his birth certificate. She made it clear she did not intend to provide an actual birth certificate to the court. Again, the actual birth certificate is all we are asking for. Like the line from the movie Jerry McGuire, “show me the money!” Why is it so difficult for the Obama administration to prove that a real long form birth certificate exists?

The judge ruled in Obama’s favor, stating Obama did not need to prove his eligibility at this time, but may need to in the future. Does that make sense to you? The ruling will be appealed.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is not worried about the backlash he has received for simply investigating the question of Obama’s birth certificate. “When I get allegations brought to me by the citizens of Maricopa County, I look into the allegations, just like I am doing here,” he told World Net Daily. More recently, Arpaio has called the alleged long form birth certificate an amateur fake.

The county sheriff in the state of Arizona said in a recent press conference that “we feel strongly there was forgery on the birth certificate and the Selective Service form. I did write to the Selective Service Director. I haven’t received answer but we will continue to ask other law enforcement agencies to assist us in this investigation…I spent 50 years as a top federal law enforcement officer and the sheriff and I don’t recall ever seeing a censorship, somewhat, to conceal our investigation…I did say I want to get into this. I want to clear the president. But unfortunately during the course of the 6 monthly investigation that did not happen. We came up with more information…I’m not accusing the President of the United States of any crime. However we do have two suspected crimes; forgery, fraud. As a law enforcement official I feel we have to develop that information the best way we can. Thank you.”

After the press conference, which was about Arpaio’s support for a bill that would force each candidate to show their birth certificate, the sheriff gave an exclusive interview with Infowars.com reporter, . Speaking on the significance of such a bill Arpaio called it “common sense.” Adding, “using a law to…make sure the person that’s running is who that person is, I don’t think it’s asking too much.”

The sheriff believes that his investigation “substantiates the need for this” law. So now we have to make another law to enforce common sense, or common law. you know, that piece of paper known as the Constitution of the United States. He again added that the birth certificate and the Selective Service form are “forged.” Arpaio also wonders, why the main stream media doesn’t grill him on the evidence. They just tell him it’s a dead issue. “Nobody’s talked about the evidence, which is very interesting. and there seems to be a national black out on it.”

That's the reaction from the media, but the Infowars reporter asks about the response from the constituents of his county. "It hasn't been as bad as I thought. I don't get many negatives other than these mickey mouse threats, garbage through blogs. But the people that I meet, and I meet...hundreds of people a day come up for my picture and so on, but they never say anything bad about what I'm doing in the Obama thing. In fact, a lot of them like what I'm doing. So politically, it hasn't hurt me, but it doesn't matter because I would have done it anyway. But I'm a little surprised at the support on this issue - those that are willing to talk about it." It's interesting to note that "the majority of politicians don't wanna talk about it," and that's Democrats and Republicans alike, according to Arpaio. "It's like the plague to talk about this."

There seems to be many parallels to the JFK investigation by Jim Garrison. Put yourself back in that time and think about how society thought of the JFK lone gunman theory. That is, until they saw the evidence. Like Arpaio said, as far as the media is concerned, nobody wants to talk about it. Like Garrison, the sheriff is becoming a victim of character-assassination; when in reality the media should be focusing on if Arpaio's evidence is solid or not. If the investigation leads to a trial, or an attempted trial, you better believe the propaganda machines will be in full swing to discredit Arpaio in the hearts and minds of the people - where it really counts. They will ask Arpaio to show them all the evidence before the trial, something he cannot do. Nor would common sense allow.

 

I am not jumping the gun and saying that Obama is or is not a U.S. citizen. I think it's great to have our own opinions, but isn't it kind of early to come to a conclusion either way? That's up to you. What I know is there is little to no evidence to suggest Barack Obama is eligible to be the President of the United States. If I am wrong, so be it! I'm not here to say I am right or wrong. I'm here to help spread information that the main stream media refuses to discuss, or information that they omit or outright lie about.

 

Arpaio plans to “keep moving forward.” So do we. We Are Change. This whole issue may be a distraction. It may be a case of baiting a hook. The only way to find out is to investigate the truth and not stop until you find it.

There are still questions about his Indonesian citizenship, and his wife’s claim that Obama’s home country is Kenya. She stated “Barack has led by example. When we took our trip to Africa and visited his home country in Kenya, we took a public HIV test…”

On April 27th, 2011 Obama responded to the growing question of his long-form birth certificate:

“THE PRESIDENT: As many of you have been briefed, we provided additional information today about the site of my birth. Now, this issue has been going on for two, two and a half years now. I think it started during the campaign. And I have to say that over the last two and a half years I have watched with bemusement, I’ve been puzzled at the degree to which this thing just kept on going. We’ve had every official in Hawaii, Democrat and Republican, every news outlet that has investigated this, confirm that, yes, in fact, I was born in Hawaii, August 4, 1961, in Kapiolani Hospital.We’ve posted the certification that is given by the state of Hawaii on the Internet for everybody to see. People have provided affidavits that they, in fact, have seen this birth certificate. And yet this thing just keeps on going.Now, normally I would not comment on something like this, because obviously there’s a lot of stuff swirling in the press on at any given day and I’ve got other things to do. But two weeks ago, when the Republican House had put forward a budget that will have huge consequences potentially to the country, and when I gave a speech about my budget and how I felt that we needed to invest in education and infrastructure and making sure that we had a strong safety net for our seniors even as we were closing the deficit, during that entire week the dominant news story wasn’t about these huge, monumental choices that we’re going to have to make as a nation. It was about my birth certificate. And that was true on most of the news outlets that were represented here.And so I just want to make a larger point here. We’ve got some enormous challenges out there. There are a lot of folks out there who are still looking for work. Everybody is still suffering under high gas prices. We’re going to have to make a series of very difficult decisions about how we invest in our future but also get a hold of our deficit and our debt — how do we do that in a balanced way.And this is going to generate huge and serious debates, important debates. And there are going to be some fierce disagreements — and that’s good. That’s how democracy is supposed to work. And I am confident that the American people and America’s political leaders can come together in a bipartisan way and solve these problems. We always have.But we’re not going to be able to do it if we are distracted. We’re not going to be able to do it if we spend time vilifying each other. We’re not going to be able to do it if we just make stuff up and pretend that facts are not facts. We’re not going to be able to solve our problems if we get distracted by sideshows and carnival barkers.We live in a serious time right now and we have the potential to deal with the issues that we confront in a way that will make our kids and our grandkids and our great grandkids proud. And I have every confidence that America in the 21st century is going to be able to come out on top just like we always have. But we’re going to have to get serious to do it.I know that there’s going to be a segment of people for which, no matter what we put out, this issue will not be put to rest. But I’m speaking to the vast majority of the American people, as well as to the press. We do not have time for this kind of silliness. We’ve got better stuff to do. I’ve got better stuff to do. We’ve got big problems to solve. And I’m confident we can solve them, but we’re going to have to focus on them — not on this.Thanks very much, everybody.”
