Note: I promise to start gathering up as much evidence of copyright fraud and then will spearhead eOne, RIAA, and the MPAA until they give back all the copyrights they have stolen.
The copyright war I have been documenting since Righthaven sued me, the war of using copyrights as an excuse to violate the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution, Fair Use doctrine under the Copyright Act, and to censor anybody that says too much and anybody that is building a legitimate case against the Bilderberg Group and it’s subordinates.
Now the Congress and Senate want both the Protect IP Act (PIPA) and Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) to become law which will further be used to allow major media corporations to shut down and censor blogs, youtube or any streaming multimedia video, and any website that dares to say too much.
What’s ironic is corporations are now literally stealing copyright ownerships or appearing to be owning copyrights to content they never created or never were granted legitimate ownership of copyright entitled under the 1976 Copyright Act not to sell it but as to set a legal precedent to force takedown of any material that the big executives don’t want with connections to the Bilderberg Group, The Club of Rome, Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, the committee of 300, Skull and Bones, and other groups with powerful corporate and political influence, even the power to kill politicians such as John F. Kennedy, activists like Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr., and other threats to their pyramid power structure.
It used to be copyright fraud or theft was not as common as it now is today and openly being done. In fact somebody in my family had written a songbook with one song I know as titled ‘Old Shep!” which he sung at radio stations since he wasn’t in the major record labels. At some point his song book got stolen and then somehow got sold and copyrighted to some record industry (Likely now has merged with the RIAA, UMG, or EMI) and since they claimed copyrights he decided not to fight them for stealing his song. I will although declare this paragraph to be only an opinion piece in this article so that they can’t threaten to sue me for defamation to force me to shut up, even though I am sure there is enough evidence that the recording companies or some agents involved are stealing peoples songs whenever they refuse to sign a contract with them. That is part of the reason the RIAA has become the MAFIAA. If songs were stolen in droves by the RIAA/MPAA then whats to stop them from stealing more copyrights with support of judges they likely pay off via campaign contributions or the judge is a former RIAA/MPAA attorney. They know many poor people don’t have copyright/patent attorneys nor can they afford them so many have to give up their rights to their work to corporations.
But if it turns out to be proven 100% factual that the RIAA is stealing copyrights to peoples works then what reasons could they have? Power! Money! Lawsuit bait!
Right now UMG claims that due to a Contractual agreement with YouTube it can get any video it wishes taken down for Copyright Infringement even videos it does not own the copyrights to. Even UMG has claimed copyright ownership to one of Alex Jone’s documentaries America: Destroyed by Design (1998) (Screenshot) even if the copyrights aren’t valid and are fraudulent in nature. Unlike eOnes worldwide copyright blockade, UMG only blocks Alex Jone’s documentary from Germany so it isn’t blocked worldwide as of yet.
Then there is also Entertainment One corporation (eOne) that is also claiming copyrights to Alex Jone’s documentary Endgame: Blueprint for Global Enslavement (Article 1, 2, and 3) but so far hasn’t threatened a lawsuit against Alex Jones or Free Speech Systems LLC as of yet. Since there is no evidence or any confirmation even when contacting the eOne legal council or staff that Alewx Jones had sold off rights to his documentary, USWGO has now decided to send their first possible legal threat against eOne that if it does not legitimately own the copyrights they will be held liable for copyright fraud and has even accused them of censorship. USWGO may end up having to find a way to get some help to sue eOne to demand that they unblock the videos that USWGO is allowed/authorized to upload, if Alex Jone’s does not take action against eOne for stealing copyrights to his documentary and never even selling his documentary on their website Entertainment One.
So now the copyright war is being buffed up to go after videos, songs/audio, and even content that isn’t owned, created, or even legally transferred by written agreement to major record and movie corporations.
The RIAA even injected themselves into a Righthaven case to overturn Judge Philip Pro’s fair use ruling that using a entire persons copyrighted work is Fair Use under certain circumstances, in the appeals court, but so far their efforts are failing as Righthaven.com has just been seized by the defendants attorney Marc Randazza.
USWGO Founder personally believes in the Constitutions interpretation of copyright that it should only be used to protect the value of ones material only, that it should not be used to censor, gag order, restrain, and put those speaking out against Big Government through legal and financial torment. USWGO Founder states on the record that “People should have the right to be under Fair Use for using an entire article, image, or video if the copyright claimant will not ever sell the work or do anything productive with the work. If we reject these Fair Use arguments including Judge Philip Pro’s ruling then we have opened Pandoras box for people to start registering fraudulent copyrights in order to begin censorship and lawsuit campaigns against those that dare to tell the truth.”
Registering copyrights fraudulently is nothing new and has been a growing trend for major corporations to start registering copyrights of people independent work in order to issue takedowns, make money off of peoples non commercial work, or to completely censor anything using YouTube’s and other video sharing sites Content ID automated video takedown/censorship system.
So if the Protect IP Act (PIPA) and Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) becomes law not only will it be open to abuse and complete legal concept of fraud (Fraud that can be legally committed) but will further attack the Internet into pieces using the Justice System as a weapon. These laws won’t protect peoples intellectual property but more like force the average joe to be forced to copyright each of their own material or risk having it stolen and be forced by court order to lose their work.
