HAYWARD (CBS SF) – A man was shot during a robbery while walking home from the South Hayward BART station late Tuesday night, police said.
The victim and his wife exited the BART station shortly after 11 p.m. and were walking westbound on Tennyson Road when two male suspects approached them.
The man was shot 3 times and is expected to recover. Of course this entire fiasco could have been easily avoided if California wasn’t conditioned to demonize concealed carrying and the victim had been armed himself. Instead, law abiding citizens continue to have their 2nd amendment rights trampled on while the criminals run free without restrictions – but that’s probably why they are criminals!
